Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The surface condition on sections on this road is deteriorating and requires rehabilitationIt is proposed to undertake a full width rehabilitation to a pavement and seal width of 6 metres
Wanalta Corop Road, Waranga - 068824-16VIC-RTR

Euston Prungle Road (rural road) - 068825-16NSW-RTR
Existing Grids are deteriorating due to age and an increase in heavy vehicles. Grids are beginning to show signs of wear and tear, and are starting to cause safety problems.To remove three (3) old deteriorating grids and replace with new grids. New grids will be placed on compacted gravel and the approaches will be sealed to a length of 20m
Headons Lane (Rural) - 068826-16NSW-RTR
Deterioration of road has caused the surface to become uneven and rough which has created road safety problems.Reconstruct and seal this length of road. 320 metres in length by 7 metres in width.

The existing road pavement is deteriorating and the road shoulder requires regular maintenance. The street drainage is also poor.Construction of kerb and gutter,pavement and drainage between Peats Ferry Road and Mildred Avenue.Total cost of proposed project is $800,000
Hunter St, Muswellbrook - 068831-16NSW-RTR
Failure of the drainage infrastructure has led to the overflow of water onto the road, leading to flooding of the road and damage to pavements and seals.Clearing of drainage infrastructure allowing improved water flows and preventing stormwater from covering roadway.
Bylong Valley Way, Muswellbrook - 068832-16NSW-RTR
Ineffective table drains adjacent to the road have led to water damage occurring to the pavement and seal due to the inability of water to drain properlyClearing of drains and culverts preventing water from settling on road surface.
Noorong road (Rural road) - 068833-16NSW-RTR
The road is narrow, pavement is failing with extensive edge breaks and large potholesThe road will be reconstructed and widened to 8m seal with 1.5m shoulders.
