Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Sutherland Drive, Taromeo - 135130-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of 600m of Sutherland Drive in Taromeo. The road is fatigued and starting to show damage and an uneven surface. This project will undertake patching, hot seal, and refreshed line marking.
Goodger Gully Road, Goodger - 135119-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of 1.18km of Goodger Gully Road. The road has some unevenness and the seal is worn away, creating risk of more serious damage. The road will be patched and sealed, and line markings redone.
Kent Street, Kingaroy - 135124-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Kent Street, Kingaroy. Repair of the ageing road seal to improve the lifetime and safety of road. Proposed works are dig out, patching, hot seal, and line marking.
Kumbia Road, Kumbia - 135125-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Kumbia Road. This section of road is worn and fatigued, showing signs of wear and at risk of more serious damage. The works will include patching, hot seal, shoulder top up, and refreshing the line marking for just over 4km of road.
Clark & Swendson Road, Kingaroy - 135117-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and reseal of Clark & Swendson Road in Kingaroy, between Haly Street and Harris Street (1765m). The road is aging and fatigued, and experiencing potholing and irregular surfacing. The proposed works include dig out, emulsion sealing, patching, hot sealing, and renewing the line markings.
Pioneer Avenue, Taabinga - 135128-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Pioneer Avenue. Preventative work needed to ensure that the ageing road surface doesn't deteriorate further and cause potholing and uneven surfacing. Work will include patching, hot seal, and line marking.
Ridley Street, Nanango - 135129-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Ridley Street, Nanango. Roads is wearing and at risk of further, more serious damage. Proposed work includes shoulder grade, patching, hot seal, and line marking.
Yalata Cemetery Road (rural road) - 054104-14SA-RTR
This section of a rural road (approximately 5.8km) on the northern outskirts of the remote Aboriginal community of Yalata has sections that are badly eroded and other sections that are extremely dusty. On days of funerals this road carries large numbers of vehicles travelling in close proximity to each other with very limited visibility due to high levels of dust. this creates a potentially unsafe environment on days when emotions are high on days of funerals.The sections of the road needing will have new gravel sheeting and other sections of the road will be graded to bring the road upto a safe standard.
Hardiker Street, Moffatdale - 135121-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of entire length of Hardiker Street in Moffatdale. Road is showing signs of wear and tear and requires patching, resealing, and refreshed line marking to ensure continuation of safety and usability of road.
John Street, Blackbutt - 135122-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and reseal of John Street, Blackbutt. The current road needs repairs because of potholing and other damage, creating an unsafe surface for road users. The works will involve dig out, emulsion seal, patching, hot seal and line marking where needed.
