Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Youngman Street, Kingaroy - 135131-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Youngman Street parking, Kingaroy. Street parking near hospital showing degradation and uneven surfacing, reducing usability and potentially leading to more serious damage. Works will include patching, hot seal, and refreshed line marking to refresh the surface and extend the life of the asset.
Bamgani Road, Cargerie - 135183-25VIC-RTR
The existing road surface incorporates a narrow (less than 4 m wide) seal with unsealed shoulders. The road is in poor condition with increasing number of defects (potholes etc) and increasing maintenance effort. Construct a new road pavement with minimum 4m seal width. Balance of funds will be provided by Moorabool Shire Council.
Ballan Meredith Road, Mount Wallace - 135180-25VIC-RTR
The existing road surface incorporates a narrow (less than 4 m wide) seal with unsealed shoulders. The road is in poor condition with increasing number of defects (potholes etc) and increasing maintenance effort. Construct a new road pavement with minimum 6.2 m seal width. Balance of funds will be provided by Moorabool Shire Council.
Windle Street, Ballan - 135182-25VIC-RTR
The existing road surface incorporates a narrow (less than 4 m wide) seal with unsealed shoulders. The road is in poor condition with increasing number of defects (potholes etc) and increasing maintenance effort. Construct a new road pavement, kerb and channel and asphalt surfacing. Balance of funds will be provided by Moorabool Shire Council.
Steiglitz Street, Ballan - 135181-25VIC-RTR
The existing road surface incorporates a narrow (less than 4 m wide) seal with unsealed shoulders. The road is in poor condition with increasing number of defects (potholes etc) and increasing maintenance effort. Construct a new road pavement, kerb and channel, with minimum 8.0 m asphalt width. Balance of funds will be provided by Moorabool Shire Council.
Arcola Court, Eltham - 135172-25VIC-RTR
Sealed pavement rehabilitation required as identified by Councils Pavement Management System. The existing sealed surface is approaching the end of its life. Profile existing sealed surface where required, apply new asphalt wearing course over full width of existing pavement, then reinstate pavement marking and signage.
Henry Street, Eltham - 135170-25VIC-RTR
Sealed pavement rehabilitation required as identified by Councils Pavement Management System. The existing sealed surface is approaching the end of its life. Profile existing sealed surface where required, apply new crumb rubber asphalt wearing course over full width of existing pavement, then reinstate pavement marking and signage.
Golf Club Road, Peak Hill - 135184-25NSW-RTR
The Golf Club Road, Peak Hill reseal project involves the application of a new bituminous seal to the existing pavement to restore surface condition and extend the service life of the road. The works are designed to address surface deterioration, and enhance ride quality for all road users. Upon completion, the reseal will improve safety, reduce ongoing maintenance requirements, and provide a more durable and reliable road surface for local traffic.
Weblands Street, Rutherford Alexandra Avenue Roundabout to Dunkley Street - 135156-25NSW-RTR
Rehabilitation of the pavement and surface of Weblands Street, Rutherford from Alexandra Avenue Roundabout to Dunkley Street. This section of Weblands Street is a collector road connecting local streets to Rutherford Shopping Centre (at Alexandra Street); and the New England Highway via Denton Park Drive. Rutherford Public School is located at No. 59 Weblands Street, with almost the full frontage within the project scope. Hunter Valley buses routes 177 and 186 and school buses use this section of road. Road pavement and surface are in poor condition experiencing cracking, rutting and potholing. There are widespread signs of interim maintenance and repairs - including heavy patching and pothole repair. Rehabilitation is required to address ride quality and maintenance.
