Toms Drive (Rural Road) - 103946-19NSW-RTR
The sealed road pavement has come to the end of its useful life, is has significant defectThe road will be reconstructed, increased in width and a new bitumen seal applied
Ogden Street, Townsville - 103861-19QLD-RTR
Kerbs on both sides of this section of street are in severely poor condition and should be replaced urgently. The existing surface is aged with multiple old patches throughout. There is also some potholing and stripping as well as minor and moderate cracking in areas. The existing road cross fall is very sporadic with grades ranging from 0.1% to 5.5% in the running lanes. Road appears to have been overlaid numerous times. All of which appears only to be due to age and fatigue of the seal as there is only minimal deformation visible in the pavement. The new Townsville bus hub has just completed construction in the next block of this street, increasing road use. Adequate clearance is not present to prevent interaction from pedestrians and parked vehicles opening doors. Footpath traffic is also likely to significantly increase during events once the North Queensland Stadium is constructed. The current road width FOK to FOK is 10.8m which is non-compliant.Rebuild the street to correct the cross fall, widen footpaths to 3m, change to one way travel and install parallel parking on both sides for a total of 39 spots (10 additional). This option increases the number of bays and has parking on both sides to match with the existing layout. This option will provide sufficient footpath width for safe pedestrian access and maximizes the benefits to the community.
Mattners Rd, Balhannah - 103829-19SA-RTR
Mattners Rd is an unsealed road featuring a floating/ gravel surface. Overtime, traffic and weather has worn away this surface, gravel has been lost, and the underlying pavement is exposed. This has resulted in a rutted and rough driving surface with low rideability.Rip and tyne the exitsting surface, add 150 mm crushed limestone, shape and compact surface, tidy up swales to tie in with new levels.
Cypress Drive, Townsville - 103865-19QLD-RTR
Failing of the road due to poor lower sub-grade materials. Cracking through the Asphalt Surface. The Southern Suburbs Sewer Rising Main Trench is currently being constructed on the Cypress Drive Road Alignment. To make good of the surfaces from Kerb to Kerb it is proposed to complete full road width Asphalt Overlay and Pavement restoration.Full road width Asphalt Overlay and Pavement restoration.
Rajah Street, Leonora - 103887-19WA-RTR

Bay Street, Mosman. - 103907-19NSW-RTR
A section of concrete pavement slabs have failed by severe cracking and deflecting with heavy vehicles driving over it. Approximately 50mm settlement between joints. Sink hole on kerb and gutter. This is the upper level of roadway supported by a retaining wall dividing lower and upper level of Bay Street.Renewal of concrete road pavement. Remove sections of failed concrete panels and replace sections of kerb and gutter that has broken and sunken into sink hole.
