Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Edgecliff Road, Woollahra - 134830-25NSW-RTR
Worn off road surface due to age.Reseal the road surface. Rest of funds are from Council own source funding.Total cost of proposed project is $75,000

Silver Valley Road, Silver Valley - 134839-25QLD-RTR
The existing bridge super structure and bridge approaches are in dilapidated condition and require replacement.Propose to replace the bridge deck, repair pavement and install seal to approaches to achieve T44 load rating, improve embankment and abutment protection works with a new layer of rock as rock armor on geofabric for better product quality.
Bootra Road (Rural Road) - 134846-25NSW-RTR
Location of this unsealed road is very sandy and the road is pooling water after wet weather events making the area impassable and a bogging hazard.Gravel resheet 100m at 600mm thick to build up the area and improve wet weather resilience. Gravel readily available nearby
Skeels Street, Heyfield - 134240-25VIC-RTR
Aging infrastructure nearing the end of its useful life. Reconstruct the road, including pits, footpaths and kerbs and channels.
Old Nalkain Road, Benjaberring - 134241-25WA-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated due to insufficient gravel thickness, leading to excessive corrugations, pothole formation, and loose surface material. These issues have been exacerbated by ongoing traffic wear and weather exposure, compromising road safety, increasing maintenance demands, and reducing overall usability. Re-sheet existing formation with gravel overlay. The re-sheeting works aim to rectify surface deterioration caused by traffic and weather, specifically targeting potholes, corrugations, and loose gravel. These issues compromise road safety, reduce driving comfort, and increase maintenance costs. Re-sheeting restores the structural integrity and usability of the road.
Goldfields Road, Nembudding - 134242-25WA-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated due to insufficient gravel thickness, leading to excessive corrugations, pothole formation, and loose surface material. These issues have been exacerbated by ongoing traffic wear and weather exposure, compromising road safety, increasing maintenance demands, and reducing overall usability. Stony Point Road (rural road) - 054076-14NSW-RTR
The surface of Stony Point Road in the proposed work location is unsealed and does not have sufficient road base, which results in potholes and ruts, which reduces the speed at which vehicles may travel along the road. Furthermore, the existing surface becomes slippery during and after rainfall.Overlay the surface of a 2.0km length of Stony Point Road with 100mm compacted road base material
Woodlands Road, Walgett - 134255-25NSW-RTR
After rain the road is inaccessible for weeks to months for residents and businesses. Sheeting the whole length of the road 2.8kms long X 6m wide X 150mm deep with locally sourced gravel. Council will be funding the remaining $60,000 from their own funds.
Back Tea Tree Road, Tea Tree - 134256-25TAS-RTR
The pavement is failing due to poor drainage and increasing vehicle numbers and needs to be reconstructed to improve the safety of the road.The road pavement is going to be reconstructed as well as drainage upgrades and pavement widening. Additional funding for the project beyond RTR contribution to be provided by Brighton Council.Total cost of proposed project is $1,600,000
