Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Bremer Valley Road, Callington South Australia - 054111-14SA-RTR
Bremer Valley Road provides a strategic route that links the areas of Harrogate ,Rockliegh and Monarto to the township of Callington and the South Eastern Freeway. It acts as a bus route that transports student to Callington, Nairne, Mount Barker and Murray Bridge.As it stand Bremer Valley Road is councils only Rural Link Road that does not meet the basic Levels of Service as detailed above. In its current form Bremer Valley Road is unsealed with a varying width ranging from 8.5m to 9.5m and over the last 5 years has required significant maintenance resulting in nearly 400 man and plant hours allocated to Patrol Grading. This equates to an annual plant and labour allocation of 80 hours (2 weeks) and a maintenance bill of nearly $15,000 per annum.Rehabilitate the unsealed pavement along 4.8km of Bremer Valley Road (3.4km completed in 2013/14) and a further 1.4km programed for 2014/15. R2R component of this project is to upgrade the level of service by sealing the pavement to RCMB Rural Link Standard.Total cost of proposed project is $427,000
Coulson Street, Blackbutt - 135177-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and reseal of Coulson Street parking, on the southside in front of the retail shops. The surface of the road in this section of Coulson Street is significantly deteriorating and at risk of potholing and further fatigue. Works will include dig out, emulsion seal, patching, hot seal, and line marking.
McCord Street, Wondai - 135167-25QLD-RTR
Road is at an age where it needs to be resurfaced. Currently the road is at risk of potholing and increased fatigued of the road surface, leading to further damage and safety concerns. Works include dig out, emulsion seal, patching, hot seal, and refreshed line marking as needed.
Maidenwell Upper Yarraman Road, Neumgna - 135164-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and Reseal of Maidenwell Upper Yarraman Road. The condition of the road is deteriorating, with risk of potholing and increased fatigue of the road surface, posing safety concerns. The repair and reseal works will include dig out, emulsion seal, patching, hot seal, line marking, and shoulder grade.
Coulson Street, Blackbutt - 135171-25QLD-RTR
Road surface wearing out and at risk of potholes and other damage. To extend the life of the road, patching, hot seal, and line marking will be undertaken.
Kearneys Road, Haly Creek and Kumbia - 135163-25QLD-RTR
Resealing of Kearneys Road, Kumbia. Kearneys Road is ageing and showing signs of damage, with risk of further and more serious damage. The proposed work includes shoulder grade, patching, hot seal, and refreshed line marking for 6.8 km of the road.
Old Wondai Road, Wondai - 135168-25QLD-RTR
Surface of the road is tired and showing wear and tear, with risk of further damage and safety concerns for road users. The works will include emulsion seal, patching, hot seal, and refresh of line marking as needed.
Coulson Street, Blackbutt - 135169-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Coulson Street centre-street parking. Road surface showing signs of fatigue and at risk of further damage. This project will undertake patching, hot seal, and refreshing line marking.
