Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Gibson East Road (Rural Road) - 056189-15WA-RTR
The existing road surface has cracked and is starting to pothole due to it reaching the end of it's useful life. A reconstruction and widening is required to ensure that the road surface can continue to be driven on safely.The full road width to be reconstructed.
Tyagong Creek Road (rural road) - 056190-15NSW-RTR
This section of Tyagong Creek Road consists of a 8m wide pavement with a 7m wide bituminous surface. The pavement is failing extensively. It requires constant repairs and reduces safety to traffic especially to the heavy vehicles including school buses.It is intended to stabilise and strenghten the road pavement. This project will include erecting & removing traffic control at the site, removing & reinstating signs & guideposts, clearing, stabilising 200m deep, adding gravel, reconstructing the table drains, shaping, compacting, trimming and primersealing incorporating 10mm aggregates with a 5mm scatter coat.

Nowlans Road (rural road) - 056192-15NSW-RTR
This section of Nowlans Road was widened and primersealed in 2014. Final seal needs to be placed prior to the failure of the primerseal.It is intended to seal 14070 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
Ballendene Road (rural road) - 056194-15NSW-RTR
This section of Pinnacle Road was widened and primersealed in 2014/2015. Final seal needs to be placed prior to the failure of the primerseal.It is intended to seal 16100 m2 with a 10mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
Pinnacle Road (rural road) - 056196-15NSW-RTR
This section of Pinnacle Road was widened and primersealed in 2014/15. Final seal needs to be placed prior to the failure of the primersealIt is intended to seal 29857 m2 with a 7mm sprayed bitumen seal. Site preparation will include pothole & edge patching, preparation of stockpile site for aggregates and sweeping off excessive loose materials.
The Avenue - 056201-15NSW-RTR
The road surface is affected by pavement failures, cracks and potholes. It is old, brittle and rough.The proposed work includes repair of pavement failures and resurfacing of the road with asphalt. Length = 225 m; Width = 12 m; Area = 2700 m2.
Marian Street - 056204-15NSW-RTR
The road surface has been affected by large pavement failures and cracks. The road have been patched multiple times in the past which makes it rough to drive on.The proposed work includes repair of pavement failure by replacement with asphalt and resurfacing of the road with asphalt. Length = 300 m; Width = 12 m; Area = 3600 m2
Gurley Street (Gurley Village Street) - 056205-15NSW-RTR
This section of road is suffering from bad pavement failures, cracking and drainage issuesA full shoulder upgrade including reconstruction and sealing. Kerb and guttering and major drainage improvements will also be undertaken
Hart Street - 056206-15NSW-RTR
The road surface is affected by cracks, potholes and deformations. Some sections of kerb and gutters have been displaced. There is water ingress into road pavement from higher ground causing pavement failures.The proposed work includes installation of subsoil drainage system, replacement of damaged sections of kerb and gutters and reconstruction of road pavement. Length = 140 m; Width = 6.6 m; Area = 924 m2.Total cost of proposed project is $286,575
