Waaia-Bearii Road, Waaia - 054226-14VIC-RTR

Ageing seal is cracking which allows moisture to enter the road pavement, works required to prevent major deterioration.Resurface existing seal with a bituminous binder and aggregate.

Swanlea Avenue, Benalla - 138103-26VIC-RTR

The existing road surface is deteriorating through oxidation and aggregate loss, with cracking and pothole formation presenting a safety hazard and allowing water infiltration into the underlying pavement structure. Kerb and channel are in poor condition as a result of street tree root intrusion lifting the kerb, and localised pavement damage caused by garbage trucks. Works comprise replacement of damaged kerb and channel sections, and reseal of the existing road surface with a new bituminous spray seal, cover aggregate, and bituminous slurry, including pothole repairs and full pavement preparation prior to resurfacing, to prevent further pavement deterioration, preserve the road asset, and improve surface drainage.

Noonan Street, Benalla - 138104-26VIC-RTR

Veresdale Scrub Road, (Rural Road) - 138108-26QLD-RTR

The Veresdale Scrub Road has been identified on council capital works program to be upgrade to a compliant two-lane standard. This section of road is current a six-meter standard and will be upgrade to a two lane eight-meter standard to accommodate the increase traffic volumes on the road. The project scope includes widening, drainage works, full pavement reconstruction and sealing to current design standards. This is a jointly funded project, with the balance of project cost to be funded by Council

The Narrows Road, Mt Larcom - 137750-25QLD-RTR

Pavement rehabilitation with cement stabilisation. Chainage 0.73 km to 1.60 km.

Kingston Boulevard, Hoppers Crossing - 138119-26VIC-RTR

The issues identified include: • The road pavement has exceeded its design life and is showing signs of deterioration and failure that can no longer be effectively managed through routine maintenance activities. • The existing kerb and channel have been affected by environmental movement and is retaining water in several locations. The proposed works include: • Reconstruction of the road pavement. • Reconstruction of the kerb and channel on both sides of the road. • Reconstruction of vehicle crossings. • Localised reconstruction of footpaths. • Reconstruction of nature strips. The works will renew infrastructure that has reached the end of its service life and restore asset functionality in accordance with Council's Asset Management Plan and Road Management Plan. The project will also reduce future maintenance requirements and associated risks. The balance of funding for this project will be sourced from Council cash contributions through the 2026/27 Road Reconstruction Program, which was incorporated into Council's 2026/27 Annual Plan and Budget approved and adopted by Council on 23 June 2026.

Carolyn Drive, Hoppers Crossing - 138114-26VIC-RTR

The issues identified include: • The road pavement has exceeded its design life and is showing signs of deterioration and failure that can no longer be effectively managed through routine maintenance activities. • The existing kerb and channel have been affected by environmental movement and is retaining water in several locations. • Investigations have also identified sections of failed underground drainage infrastructure. The proposed works include: • Reconstruction of the road pavement. • Reconstruction of the kerb and channel on both sides of the road. • Reconstruction of vehicle crossings. • Localised reconstruction of footpaths. • Reconstruction of nature strips. • Drainage remediation using a range of rectification methods, as required. The works will renew infrastructure that has reached the end of its service life and restore asset functionality in accordance with Council's Asset Management Plan and Road Management Plan. The project will also reduce future maintenance requirements and associated risks. The balance of funding for this project will be sourced from Council cash contributions through the 2026/27 Road Reconstruction Program, which was incorporated into Council's 2026/27 Annual Plan and Budget approved and adopted by Council on 23 June 2026.

Edwardes Street, Reservoir - 136218-25VIC-RTR

Rehabilitate failed pavement sections and strengthen the roadway to achieve the required structural capacity for future traffic demands. Renew the centre median and lay new asphalt seal.

Welling Drive, Camden - 138110-26NSW-RTR

Welling Drive is affected by crocodile cracking, failure. Length of treatment is approximately 417 metres. It is proposed to heavy patch where necessary and asphalt re-sheet the surface.

Sheffield Road, Welshpool - 138120-26WA-RTR

Asphalt has deteriorated and is cracking. This pavement is in need of renewal. Rehabilitation of existing road surface and resurfacing of road.
