Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

High Street, Eildon - 131243-24VIC-RTR
Current spray sealed wearing course has reached it's end of useful life and requires renewal.Provide a new high polymer Strain Alleviating Membrane seal to renew the sealed wearing course and continue to protect the road pavement.
Whanregarwen Road, (Rural Road) - 131245-24VIC-RTR
Current spray sealed wearing course has reached it's end of useful life and requires renewal.Provide a new high polymer Strain Alleviating Membrane seal to renew the sealed wearing course and continue to protect the road pavement.
Cook Road, Longwarry - 131010-24VIC-RTR
Cook Road pavement and sections of kerb and channel and drainage are in poor condition and in need of renewal. A Victorian Government project to improve rail transport facilities impacts a section of the road.Council and VicConnect have scoped and agreed to undertake a joint cost-shared project, with: - road-related renewal works funded by Council - rail facilities-related works impacting the road funded by VicConnect.Total cost of proposed project is $544,000
Hibiscus Rise, Halls Head - 130879-24WA-RTR
The existing surface of Hibiscus Rise is heavily cracked.Resurfacing of Hibiscus Rise including various extensions beyond flush kerbing with the MRWA approved gap graded asphalt using crumbed rubber as the modifying sealant agent (800 m2), crack sealing, 7 mm chip seal approx. 100 m2
Everlasting Retreat, Halls Head - 130917-24WA-RTR
The existing surface of Everlasting Retreat is in poor condition with cracking being the predominant surface feature.Resurfacing of Everlasting Retreat including various extensions beyond flush kerbing 3600 m2, a MRWA approved gap graded asphalt using crumbed rubber as the modifying sealant agent and an asphalt binder, approx. 80 m of mountable kerb replacement required, crack sealing, replace 7 grates to cycle friendly ones, asphalt 7 mm chip seal approx. 750 m2.
Quarry Way, Greenfields - 130919-24WA-RTR
The road sits in a busy industrial and commercial complex and there is visible damage to the surface at certain locations, likely due to the failure in the fatigue of the asphalt and its inadequate thickness for the vehicle types using the road.Approximately 3800 m2 resurfacing 40 mm thick, approx. 1000 m2 heavy patching 80 mm single lift, profile approx. 1600 m2 of cracked wearing course at intersection with Thornborough Road. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $290,000
Harvey View Drive, Herron - 130920-24WA-RTR
Previous works on Harvey View Drive included the successful installation of table drains to the verge to mitigate stormwater runoff flowing into property from the road. However, the swale batters suffer from ongoing scouring.This project will install approximately 230 m of kerbing and 3 gully crossings.
Stirling Grove, Mandurah - 130846-24WA-RTR
Stirling Grove is in poor condition with depressions due to consolidated trench work and patched potholes.Resurfacing of the Stirling Grove cul-de-sac includes 1000 m2 asphalt overlay and one layback kerb. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $85,200
Touchstone Drive, Dawesville - 130847-24WA-RTR
Touchstone Drive is in poor condition with widespread cracking and minor depressions and isolated upper pavement failure.Approx. 8400 m2 asphalt, approx 100 m2 heavy patch, approx. 581 m2 seal, approx. 300 m of mountable kerbing, approx 90 m2 new concrete footpath, 22 drainage pits to change out and raised as required to avoid profiling. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $486,000
Banyon Close, Halls Head - 130923-24WA-RTR
The road has a heavily cracked sprayed seal, particularly at the cul-de-sac bulb and has pothole repairs.Total area approx. 1100 m2 30 mm the MRWA approved gap graded asphalt using crumbed rubber as the modifying sealant agent and apply a single spray seal rubber polymer due to heavy cracking and 4 drainage lids to change and raise according to intended profile depth. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $102,000
