Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

K4 Service Road, Loganlea (Kingston Road Service Road), - 061766-15QLD-RTR
K4 Service Road, Loganlea is a local government road which is deteriorating in condition and is entering the later portions of its surfacing life cycle. Based on modelling from Council’s Pavement Management System it is appropriate to resurface K4 Service Road to maximise retention of road value in the underlying pavement.Pavement Rehabilitation is required for the entire length (920 metres) of K4 Service Road (Kingston Road Service Road), from the southern cul-de-sac to the northern cul-de-sac and extending work area 65 metres east onto Monash Road at the intersection. Works involve the milling of isolated failures and asphalt resurfacing.
Greens Road, Arthurs Creek - 061767-15VIC-RTR
Major Culvert and endwall failure - Road shoulder erosion into creek. the endwall and end section of culvert had failed, leading to significant erosion of road shoulders and road base.Construct new bluestone culvert endwalls, repair the 1800mm endwall and reinstatement of collapsed areas and reconstruction of road shoulder.
Thorseborne Street, Beenleigh - 061768-15QLD-RTR
Thorsborne Street, Beenleigh is a local government road which is deteriorating in condition and is entering the later portions of its surfacing life cycle. Sugar Gum Boulevard, Plenty - 061770-15VIC-RTR
Sugar Gum Boulevard, Tree Top Terrace and Mackelroy Road form a short cut between Plenty River Drive and Yan Yean Road. This is a short cut taken by parents collecting children at school pick up and drop off times. This is part of a bus route. Need to address excessive traffic speed and traffic volume taking a short cut along roads used by school children travelling to and from two nearby schools.Installation of 4 bus friendly road humps to reduce traffic speed and deter through traffic from taking a short cut through local streets.

School Road, St Andrews - 061774-15VIC-RTR
Fire Safety issue - Road is too narrow for fire tankers to negotiate and pass other vehicles at sharp bend. requires the installation of two passing bays. Improves safety for buses and other large vehicles using the road.Installation of two passing bays, about 200 metres south of Hildebrand Rd, to be installed on the western side of the road, about 40mt north and 40mt south of the middle of the bend. Includes the removal of vegetation, earthworks, construction of road base, pavement and sprayed seal.
Graysharps Road, Hurstbridge - 061778-15VIC-RTR
