Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Existing pavement has worn and needs replacement crushed rockResheeting with crushed rock (Length 4290 Width 5m Depth 100mm)
Lewis Street, Cobar - 061785-15NSW-RTR
Existing road surface is failing with potholes, surface deformations and service trench failures.Overlay road surface with emulsion micro-surfacing to restore surface shape and condition.Total cost of proposed project is $122,984
Kaputar Road, Rural Road - 061786-15NSW-RTR
The road has a damaged existing seal with road base and sub-base deterioration facilitating minor drainage repairs.Initially accomplish minor drainage repairs as needed followed by required base and sub-base layer stabilisation where required. Bitumen re-sealing is completed to protect the road base and improve road surface.
Young Road (rural road), - 061788-15WA-RTR
The road has a poor base and has very little material on the road to grade. The road has drainage issues and requires clearing to improve sight lines.Gravel resheet the 2 km section including widening various sections, drainage improvements and maintenance and shoulder maintenance
North Wandering Road (rural road) - 061789-15WA-RTR
The existing road base is very poor and very little material is on the road to grade.Gravel re sheet the 4.00 kilometer section including widening various sections,drainage maintence and shoulder maintenance.
Ricks Road (rural road), - 061790-15WA-RTR
The existing road has a very poor road base and has very little gravel on the road to grade.Gravel re sheet the 4 kilometer section, including drainage improvements and maintenance, shoulder maintenance and signage improvements.
Multiple Locations - Baluria Road (General Maintenance)
The shoulders on Cox Drive have eroded resulting in a drop off from the bitumen.Reinstate shoulders by reforming them with new remixed material.
Timboon Road Gleniffer - 061796-15NSW-RTR
The existing unsealed pavement is in porr condition with numerous failures and corrugations. The unsealed surface also createsdust problems for neighbouring dwellings. The road provides access to state forest and carries significant volumes of heavy vehicles during forestry logging activities.Reconstruct the existing formation and provide a gravel overlay with a new bitumen sealed surface.
Vernon Place Urunga - 061797-15NSW-RTR
Existing unserviceable pavement conditions with numerous failures and the unsealed portion of Vernon Place, caused by the lack of drainage. The road provides access to ten properties within an urban environment.Reconstruction of existing formation, the provision of kerb and guttering and a new bitumen sealed surface.
Scotchmans Road, Bellingen - 061798-15NSW-RTR
Existing pavement surface is uneven with minor deformations and edge failures. The wearing surface is showing signs of oxidisation coming to the end of useful life.Surface corrections to existing pavement and minor heavy patching of shoulders and new bitumen seal wearing surface.
