Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Bateman Avenue, Mudgee - 062168-15NSW-RTR
The pavement has failed in several locations, particularly along the kerblines. Utility and service crossings have previously been reinstated poorly and have settled adding to the poor ride quality.It is proposed to undertake a series of heavy patches, remixing and modifying the existing pavement to repair the failed sections.

Whyenbah Road ( Rural Road ) - 062172-15QLD-RTR
Gravel road upgrade to bitumen seal cater for rural industry that uses the road. Improved access for heavy vehicles in the cotton and beef producing area. Existing gravel road is subject to closure during wet weather, therefore reducing reliability for the rural industries that rely on the road.Upgrade from white rock gravel to bitumen seal.
Jakelwar-Goodooga Road ( Rural Road ) - 062173-15QLD-RTR
Build-up road in natural drainage problem area to allow improved heavy vehicle access. The low areas are the cause of road closure during wet weather as poor drainage does not allow the run-off of water.Build-up road with loam through low lying areas, and realignment to avoid a drainage problem area.

Chelmer Road ( Rural Road ) - 062175-15QLD-RTR
This section of road is a natural watercourse, and installation of additional drainage structures and realignment of road will improve access. The existing road has poor drainage and is subject to extended road closures during wet weather.Realignment of road from chainage 1.26 km to 2.97 km, installation of culverts at chainage 1.42 km and 1.55 km, removal of culvert at chainage 1.55 km
