Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bottom Road Ngukurr - 062157-15NT-RTR
Current shoulders and seal in a poor state due to heavy traffic from contractors and heavy machinery from industrial blocks.Reseal works will include grade, water and roll shoulders and 2 coat reseal 6 metres wide.
Burngup South Road (Rural Road) - 062159-15WA-RTR
Insufficient pavement depth, deep corrugation and pot holes and large soft areas of the road.Reconstruct/Re-sheet existing pavement. Clear vegetation from drainage slopes. Install guide posts and signage.Total cost of proposed project is $134,157
Parsons Road (Rural Road) - 062160-15WA-RTR
Natural floodway is obstructed by the road. Drainage culverts collapsed. Big trees overhang the road.Reduce the level of the road to create a floodway. Reconstruct pavement and bitumen seal the new floodway. Removal of tree branches and trees.
Fourteen Mile Road (Rural Road) - 062161-15WA-RTR
Insufficient pavement depth, deep corrugation soft areas and pot holes. Vegetation overgrown.Reconstruct/Re-sheet existing pavement. Remove vegetation. Clear drainage slopes. Install guide posts and signs.Total cost of proposed project is $63,088
Native Dog Road, Molesworth - 062162-15VIC-RTR
Bridge abutment area has depleted rock beaching.Stabilise bridge abutments by supplying and placing rock beaching on batters only, 2.5m upstream and downstream. Extend 2m beyond each end of bridge on both sides.
Nichols Road, Narbethong - 062163-15VIC-RTR
Bridge abutment area has depleted rock beaching. Steel components showing signs of rust.Stabilise bridge abutments by supplying and placing rock beaching on batters only, 2.5m upstream and downstream, including extra beaching where undermining has occurred at southeast wing wall. Remove rust and paint all steel components of the bridge.
Back Eildon Road, Thornton - 062164-15VIC-RTR
Bridge abutment area has depleted rock beaching. Steel components showing signs of rust. Several expansion joints need replacement.Stabilise bridge abutments by supplying and placing rock beaching on batters only, 2.5m upstream and downstream. Remove rust and paint bearers of the bridge. Reinstate expansion joints that have failed in bridge deck. Reinstate lost fill and correct drainage at south approach along guard rail.Total cost of proposed project is $101,530
Station Street, Alexandra - 062165-15VIC-RTR
Batters have eroded and bridge abutment area has depleted rock beaching.Reshape eroded batters and stabilise bridge abutments by supplying and placing rock beaching on batters only, 2.5m upstream and downstream. Repair cracking of concrete rails and repaint all rails.
Johnsons Creek Road, Maintongoon - 062166-15VIC-RTR
Bridge abutment area has depleted rock beaching. Steel components showing signs of rust. Deck planks need replacing and bolts and screws need to be tightened.Stabilise bridge abutments by supplying and placing rock beaching on batters only, 2.5m upstream and downstream. Remove rust and paint all steel components of the bridge. Replace deteriorated deck planking. Tighten all bolts and screws. Supply & install guard rail along bridge and extend 2m beyond each end of bridge on both sides.
Moores Road, Flowerdale - 062167-15VIC-RTR
Combined timber and steel framed structure is nearing the end of its serviceable lifeReplacing the existing structure with a new structure.
