Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Blaxlands Ridge Road Kurrajong - 065389-16NSW-RTR
Serious pavement failures, very deep rutting, crackingRemoval and replacement of subgrade in areas of serious failures, rehabilitate and overlay of remaining existing pavement.
Foot Street, Frankston - 065390-16VIC-RTR
Drainage issues due to poor underlying soil composition which is resulting in premature road surface cracking and deterioration causing safety risks for road users.Install drainage along both sides of the road for 120m from Baileyana Street. Reconstruction of approximately 100m of Foot Street from Baileyana Street at a depth of 380mm and apply an asphalt overlay along the full length to improve driver safety. Works include construction of 70m of on-street parking and pedestrian pram crossings near Baileyana Street to provide a safer crossing point for school students and other pedestrians.
Hartwood Road (Rural Road) - 065391-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of minor cracking and pothole/ edge damage.Reseal of road with a 14mm seal. Seal will be 5.7 metre wide for a length of 1.612 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 9,188m2.
Dollins Road Blaxland Ridge - 065392-16NSW-RTR
Serious Pavement failures. Rutting and pavement crackingRehabilitate existing pavement and place a pavement overlay. Construction of subsurface drainage where required.
Hoffnungstahl Road, Lyndoch - 065394-16SA-RTR
This section of road is an unsealed and requires sealing to address drivers of tourism.Two coat heavy duty spray seal - 16mm/10mm, 2540 meters at a width of 8.5 metres, as part of Council's seal program to improve tourism opportunities.Total cost of proposed project is $599,789
Tweedies Gully Road, Williamstown - 065395-16SA-RTR
This section of road is an unsealed and requires sealing to address drivers of tourism.Two coat heavy duty spray seal - 16mm/10mm, 130 meters at a width of 7 metres, as part of Council's seal program to improve tourism opportunities.
Rifle Range Road, Bethany - 065396-16SA-RTR
This section of road is an unsealed and requires sealing to address drivers of tourism.Two coat spray seal - 14mm/7mm, 792 meters at a width of 7 metres, as part of Council's seal program to improve tourism opportunities.Total cost of proposed project is $120,084
Millears Road (Rural Road) - 065398-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of minor cracking, texture wearing and pothole/ edge minor damage.Reseal of road with a 14mm seal. Seal will be 4 metre wide for a length of 0.726 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 2,904m2.
Wanganella-Moulamein Road (Rural Road) - 065399-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of minor cracking, surface wearing and pothole/ edge minor damage.Reseal of road with a 10mm seal. Seal will be 5 metre wide for a length of 0.971 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 4,855m2.
Mayrung Road (Rural Road) - 065400-16NSW-RTR
Road is scheduled for re-sealing as per Council's Asset Management Plan. Seal is showing signs of moderate cracking, surface wearing and pothole damage.Reseal of road with a 14mm seal. Seal will be 5.3 metre wide for a length of 2.436 kilometres. Total area to be resealed is 12,911m2.
