The Australian Government is committed to a 10-year, over $120 billion infrastructure investment pipeline, ensuring a rolling program of sustainable land transport infrastructure projects.

Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The road is very narrow and is being used as a cut through and traffic travels at high speed creating a potential hazard.Entry treatments, intersection realignment and driveway links and additional speed signs.Total cost of proposed project is $530,000

Wheat Road (Rural Road) - 055207-14SA-RTR
Poor drainage due to lack of road material and deformation, high maintenance effort, poor standard rough surface difficult to negotiate due to being slippery in wet conditions.Rip and reform road and add material to reconstruct to original design levels. Improve drainage to ensure that the road remains trafficable during wet weather and provide a smooth surface for road usersTotal cost of proposed project is $248,000
Church Terrace, Walkerville - 055208-14SA-RTR
Seal has reached the end of its useful life and needed to be profiled and resealed. In order to do this kerb and gutter repairs were needed before the road could be resealed.Identified kerb being removed and replaced to ensure sufficant drainage and also a straightline for the road reseal. Upon completion of kerbing works the road to be profiled to remove severity of gradient before the entire seciton of road be resealed.Total cost of proposed project is $118,808
Menadue Road (Rural Road) - 055209-14SA-RTR
Poor drainage due to lack of road material and deformation, high maintenance effort, poor standard rough surface difficult to negotiate due to being slippery in wet conditions.Rip and reform road and add material to reconstruct to original design levels. Improve drainage to ensure that the road remains trafficable during wet weather and provide a smooth surface to road users.Total cost of proposed project is $110,000
Herds Hill Road (Rural Road) - 055211-14SA-RTR

Kerry Road, Kerry - 055212-14QLD-RTR
These extents of Kerry Road are narrow sections of road comprising a sealed width varying between four and five metres. Subsequently, these extents of road experience gravel shoulder wear from traffic and the road pavement is in poor condition.Proposed road works include pavement rehabilitation, gravel pavement overlay, table drain profiling, bitumen sealing and vegetation clearing to achieve seven metre wide road formation.Total cost of proposed project is $881,295
Railway Line Road (Rural Road) - 055213-14SA-RTR
Poor drainage due to lack of road material and deformation, high maintenance effort, poor standard rough surface difficult to negotiate due to being slippery in wet conditions.Rip and reform road and add material to reconstruct to original design levels. Improve drainage to ensure the road reamins trafficable during wet weather and provide a smooth surface to road users.Total cost of proposed project is $180,000
Bay View Terrace, Mosman Park - 055215-14WA-RTR
Surface rutting along wheel tracks, reflective cracking throughout entire length which had been previously crack sealed,Remove 25mm of asphalt, some local corrector where rutting exists, and re-lay new 25mm Stone Mastic Asphalt wearing layer. Remove old pit lids, and re-level new lids to suit road.
