Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bakewell Street, Tusmore - 055712-15SA-RTR
The street's sprayed seal surface has deteriorated, oxidised by the sun and is beginning to spall and strip away from the underlying surface.Resurface in hotmixed aspbalt concrete.
Dulwich Avenue, Dulwich - 055713-15SA-RTR
The existing hotmixed asphalt surface has reached the end of its useful life and is exhibiting cracks and a highly oxidised surface.It is proposed to crackseal and resurface in hotmixed asphalt concrete
Swaine Avenue, Rose Park - 055714-15SA-RTR
The surface is reaching the end of its life and showing signs of stripping or ravelling. The kerb was replaced last year.It is proposed to resurface in hotmixed asphalt concrete matching into the new kerbs. The road humps will be reconstructed.
Baniyala Road (rural road) - 055715-15NT-RTR
Road pavement is failing due to the lack of gravel material and loss of formation. This is causing water to lay on road way and bog areas. Also there are sections that are heavily corrugated that requires reconstruction and sheeting.Reconstruction of 4.2 km of gravel road pavement with gravel sheeting to a road width of 6 meters. Further patch sheeting of 2.3km of road.
William Street, Devonport - 055716-15TAS-RTR
The existing road is a major road in Devonport and is in very poor condition. There is a lot of cracking, water ponding and potholes appear regularly.It is proposed to excavate and renew the pavement, lay new kerbs and seal with asphalt.
Dalmeny Road Northbridge - 055720-15NSW-RTR
Pavement has developed pot-holes and surface deformation caused by failure of sub-base. Existing kerb and gutter extensively cracked and damaged.Heavy patch failed sections and provide new wearing course at 50mm depth. Reconstruct approximately 130 m of kerb and gutter along both sides of the road.
High Street, Willoughby - 055721-15NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface has deteriorated. Road pavement has developed pot-holes, cracking and surface deformation.Surface wearing course 219m x 9m to be removed and replaced with new asphalt at 40mm depth.
Zinnia Lane, Chatswood - 055722-15NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface has deteriorated. Road pavement has developed pot-holes, cracking and surface deformation.Surface wearing course 195m x 5m to be removed and replaced with new asphalt at 50mm depth.
Stanley Street, Chatswood - 055723-15NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface has oxidised and deteriorated. Road pavement has developed pot-holes, cracking and surface deformation.Surface wearing course 124m x 12m to be removed and replaced with new asphalt at 40mm depth. Approximately 150 sq.m. of heavy patching included with the works
Victoria Ave, Chatswood - 055724-15NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface has deteriorated. Road pavement has developed pot-holes, cracking and surface deformation.Surface wearing course 301m x 12m to be removed and replaced with new asphalt at 50mm depth. Approximately 150 sqm of heavy patching included with the works.
