Lower Denmark Road - 055816-15WA-RTR
The seal on this road is past its useful life and significant deterioration is occurring.Prepare and reseal existing surface.Total cost of proposed project is $160,973
Perkins Beach Road - 055817-15WA-RTR
The gravel surface and tight curves have created safety issues.Realign pavement and install new chip seal surface.Total cost of proposed project is $500,619
Haden Crows Nest Road (Rural Road) - 055818-15QLD-RTR
Narrow road with deformed pavement and wheel rutting causing safety concerns for increasing traffic volume.Reconstruct and widen road to two lanes bitumen seal standard. 7metre seal on 8m formation
Wireless Road East, Mount Gambier - 055819-15SA-RTR
The current road is a narrow pavement in poor condition (structurally and also out of shape, inadequate for the traffic volumes being generated by the new residential developments occuring to the east of the reconstruction area. This will be stage 3 (final) of the works.Widen the pavement to 12 metres and construct kerb and channel to both sides of the road. The new, widened pavement will be sealed and linemarked. The new road between kerbs will have a total area of 3000 square metres.
Graham Road, Mount Gambier - 055820-15SA-RTR
This is a heavily trafficked industrial road and the current surface is breaking up. The road was excavated several years ago for a major sewer upgrade and the pavement in the vicinity of the trench is severely cracked. The cracked is allowing water into the road pavement (which is generally quite solid and sound apart from adjacent to the sewer trench). It is proposed to plane out the existing surface, repair and improve the pavement strength in the vicinity of the sewer trench and then apply a new, full width asphalt surface to the entire road. This treatment will be relatively quick, will provide an excellent wearing surface and will waterproof the underlying pavement. The total area to be treated will be 7500 square metres.Total cost of proposed project is $360,000
Anthony Street, Mount Gambier - 055821-15SA-RTR
Road pavement has reached the end of its useful life and requires strengthening and resurfacing.Plane out the existing surface and up to 80mm of the existing pavement and replace with asphalt. This will strengthen the existing pavement and provide a high quality wearing surface to the road. Line marking will be reinstated. A total area of 1730 square metres will be treated.
Hamley Street, Morphettville - 055822-15SA-RTR
There are areas of cracking, pavement failure, patches and service trenches, sunken service pit lids and lifted road sections from tree roots. This is a low traffic volume roadEdge plane the asphalt 30mm, deep lift the pavement failures, then complete the project with a 30mm AC10 Light Traffic Mix Overlay - 2167 sq m
Wehl Street South, Mount Gambier - 055823-15SA-RTR
The existing road pavement on this high traffic road is showing signs of distress (cracking evident on the road surface) and the seal surface is near the end of its life.Plane out the existing surface and approximately 80mm of existing road pavement (from kerb to kerb) and replace with asphalt. This will strengthen the pavement and provide a new wearing surface for traffic. Line marking will be reinstated. The total are to be treated is 1650 square metres.
High Street, Seacliff Park - 055824-15SA-RTR
There are extensive areas of cracking and service trenching. This is a medium traffic volume roadEdge plane the asphalt 30mm, deep lift the pavement failures, then complete the project with a 30mm AC10 Light Traffic Mix Overlay - 3114 sq m
