Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Fuss Road, (rural road) - 057282-15SA-RTR
Expired Asset - Asset renewal. The unsealed road has poor formation, pot holes and material loss.700 meters of 75mm in depth x 7 meters wide resheeting of unsealed road with crushed limestone rubble to the road surface and new road surface drainage
Siviour Road, (rural road) - 057284-15SA-RTR
Expired Asset - Asset Renewal. Poor formation, drainage and road surface. This asset is being renewed in accordance with Councils asset management plan.Apply a 75mm x 7m wide, crushed limestone rubble sheet and install new road surface drainage.
Bells Pocket Road, Strathpine - 057286-15QLD-RTR
The existing pavement is cracked, rutted and showing signs of fatigue from old age.Full width rehabilitation of pavement (510 metres long X 12.4 metres in width )with additional active transport improvements.Total cost of proposed project is $900,000
Ucontichie Road, (rural road) - 057287-15SA-RTR
Expired Asset - Asset Renewal. Unsealed road currently has poor formation and is potholed and the rubble sheet is worn.Apply a 75mm x 7m wide crushed limestone rubble sheet to the road surface and install road surface drainage.
Bounty Boulevard intersection with Aurora Boulevard and Fidler Street North Lakes - 057289-15QLD-RTR
Safety upgrade to traffic signals required for the safety of all users with the emphasis on pedestrian safety through separation of left turn vehicle movements and conflicting pedestrian movement as well as bicycle storage areas on all legs of the intersection.Road widening and alterations to median on the southern side ( Bounty Boulevard ) leg of the intersection. Reallocation of lanes with line marking alterations. Installation of bicycle storage areas on all legs. New signal loops to suit the new intersection configuration and changes to signal aspects and arrows.
Rathdowne Street - 057290-15VIC-RTR
The existing asphalt road surface is oxidised with substantial longitudinal and transverse cracking and loss of cross-sectional shape with heavy rutting at the approach to intersections.Proposed to cold plane profile the existing road surface (full width) to a depth of 50 millimetres for a length of 365 metres and a width of 18.5 metres and reinstate the road surface with 10 mm type H hot mix asphalt wearing course and 10 mm type V hot mix asphalt for 50 metres on the approaches to the intersections, all to a depth of 50 mm.
Mayfield Road, Samford Valley - 057291-15QLD-RTR
Existing road requires reconstruction because it is cracked and rutted. Also has problems with road drainage and alignment issues requiring rectification for safety.Full road reconstruction addressing road formation, drainage and alignment on Mayfield Road ( 930 metres in length )Total cost of proposed project is $505,000
Elgin Street - 057294-15VIC-RTR
The existing asphalt road surface is oxidised with substantial longitudinal and transverse cracking and loss of cross-sectional shape with heavy rutting at the approach to intersections.Proposed to cold plane profile the existing road surface to a depth of 50 millimetres for a length of 660 metres and a width of 15 metres and reinstate over the whole area with 10 mm type H hot mix asphalt wearing course to a depth of 50 mm.
Dandarriga Drive - 057295-15VIC-RTR
The road has extreme depressions and the pavement is in poor condition due to excessive cracking of seal allowing water to penetrate and cause pavement damage. Major damage has been caused by buses due to this road being a bus routeTo reconstruct approximately 900 metres of road by excavating existing material and providing for new 400 millimetre crushed rock pavement with 40 millimetre asphalt seal to accommodate ongoing bus movement
Back Beach Road (Rural Road) - 057296-15SA-RTR
road is corrugated, bony and potholedresheeting with limestone rubble to 150mm for entire length of road
