Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Devon Road - 063801-16NSW-RTR
The road is affected with significant levels of pavement failure and crocodile cracking and ravelling.The entire road-section will be treated with Cementitious Stabilisation first, then hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal will be applied as wearing course. Length is 395m and average width is 12.1m.
Kellerman Drive - 063802-16NSW-RTR
The road is affected with extensive levels of crocodile cracking and pavement failureThe entire road-section will be treated with Cementitious Stabilisation first, then hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal will be applied as wearing course. Length is 758m and average width is 10.4m.
Dowerin-Koorda Road, (Rural Road) - 063805-16WA-RTR
4m wide seal breaking up very pot holed in variuos sections the road is not wide enough for heavy vehiclesWiden running surface to 10m with a reconstructed 7.2m two coat bitumen seal.In September 2016 we will be commencing the drainage works required, and then commencing the integration of lime into the subbase course with a gravel overlay placed on top, wet mixing, cement stabilisation and bitumen seal finishing during the month of October 2016Total cost of proposed project is $297,957
Glenisia Avenue, Georges Hall, - 063807-16NSW-RTR
Pavement surface being structurally failed displaying extensive crocodile crackingProfile 100mm of existing pavement replace with 40mm AC14 and 60mm AC20 asphalt. Some minor concrete damage to be repaired (kerb ramps, lintels, kerb and gutter, vehicular crossings)
Tom Cullity Drive (Rural) - 063808-16WA-RTR
This 31 year old narrow seal rural road is in the worst and most dangerous condition of all the City's narrow seal roads. The existing seal has severe edge break, cracking and numerous pot hole patching. This road has become a major tourist route linking wineries and other popular local businesses.The road will be widened and reconstructed to a width of 6 meters.
Hammond Road (Yallingup) - 063809-16WA-RTR
This 46 year old seal is in a very poor and worn condition. The road has severe cracking, patching and potholes and has reached the end of its useful life.The surface will be replaced with new material
Maxted Street (Bussleton) - 063810-16WA-RTR
This road is excessively wide at 10 meters and has no kerbs, it is very rough and uneven and has multiple edge patching.The road will be reconstructed with kerbing and reduced to 6.2 meters wide.
Kenneth St, Inverloch, VIC, 3996 - 063813-16VIC-RTR
Road seal cracking and beginning to fail as reaching end of useful life requires renewing.Preparation of road for resealing including patching, crack sealing and kerb replacement. Apply bituminous spray seal with aggregate.
Greenhills Rd, Victor Harbor - 063814-16SA-RTR
Inadequate drainage and pavement widthRoad widening, kerb & channel and stormwater drainage improvementsTotal cost of proposed project is $661,500
The Esplanade, Inverloch, VIC, 3996 - 063816-16VIC-RTR
