Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Bourke to Milparinka Road, (rural road) - 060700-15NSW-RTR
Reconstruction of a new alignment for the Replacement of the Cuttaburra Number two Bridge.Construction of a new alignment including importing of fill material, gravel base material, compacting to specified level. Sealing of pavement with C240 Bitumen and 14 millimetre and 7 millimetre aggregate at 7 metre width. Installation and replacement of guard rail.Total cost of proposed project is $1,192,685
Edward Street, Rochester - 060701-15VIC-RTR
The section of Edward Street is a narrow sealed urban street of 6.4m with unsealed shoulders. Recent traffic counts have highlighted increased traffic movements, Council has also received complaints from the community about the lack of on street parking in the vicinity of the Rochester Secondary College.Widening Edward Street for 320m. Seal to be widened by 9.6m from the existing edge of the sealed pavement from lip to lip of the existing kerb and channel.
George Street, Rochester - 060702-15VIC-RTR
The section of George Street is a narrow sealed urban street of 6.4m with unsealed shoulders. Recent traffic counts have highlighted increased traffic movements, Council has also received complaints from the community about the lack of on street parking in the vicinity of the Rochester Secondary College.Widening both sides of street for approximately 100m. Seal to be widened by 9.3m from the existing edge of the sealed pavement.

Campaspe Street, Rochester - 060704-15VIC-RTR
The section of Campaspe Street is a narrow sealed urban street of 6.2m with unsealed shoulders. Recent traffic counts have highlighted increased traffic movements, Council has also received complaints from the community about the lack of on street parking in the vicinity of the St Josephs School.Widening both side of street. Existing seal to be widened by 4.8m on both sides from the existing edge of the sealed pavement. Length of the west side widening is 100m and east side widening is 55m.
Haverfield Street, Echuca - 060706-15VIC-RTR
Haverfield Street is a narrow sealed urban street with wide unsealed shoulders. Recent traffic counts have highlighted increased traffic movements, Council has also received complaints from the community about the lack of on street parking in the vicinity of the newly redeveloped Echuca Regional Health.To widen the unsealed shoulders Area 1 - length of seal approximately 240m width of seal required 6.0m. Area 2 - length of seal approximately 150m width of seal required 4.5m
Ramsay Street, Roshester - 060708-15VIC-RTR
Rehabilitation of the existing pavement as it has reached intervention level, it is described as being in very poor condition with serviceability now being affected and increased maintenance costs. The section of Ramsay Street is a narrow sealed urban street of 8m with unsealed shoulders. Recent traffic counts have highlighted increased traffic movements, Council has also received complaints from the community about the lack of on street parking in the vicinity of the Rochester Swimming Pool. This road also provides access to the weighbridge owned and operated by Murray Goulburn(dairy).Work will be carried out to resurface the pavement with a new layer of bitumen and wearing aggregate (stone) for 350m x 4m, widen pavement for 165m on west side of street from lip of kerb and channel.
Willara Road, (rural road) - 060711-15NSW-RTR
There are areas between this chainage that need urgent gravel patching and gravel resheeting. The is a drainage problem at the 11.3 kilometre mark that needs a 450 millimetre culvert installed to equalise the water.Gravel resheeting and patching of various areas between the Intersection of the Dowling Track to 49.35 kilometres along the Willara road. Gravel to be applied at 200 millimetre depth at 6 metre wide and compacted. Installation of a 450 millimetre culvert at the 11.3 kilometre mark to improve drainage of the road.
Moppity Road ( Rural Road) - 060718-15NSW-RTR
Sealed road pavement failuresStabilisation of pavement section with dry chemical, compact. trim and seal surface, line mark.
