Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Henning Crescent Manning - 062531-15WA-RTR
The pavement exhibits severe cracking and surface irregularities. The existing asphalt wearing surface has reached the end of its serviceable life and requires rehabilitation to prevent further, more expensive degradation to the pavement. As a bus route through Manning the ride qualities of the pavement are of paramount importance.The removal and replacement of concrete kerbing, profile to a minimum depth of 20mm to remove irregularities, supply and lay a SAMI seal or asphalt interlayer to the exposed base material and overlay full width with 30mm compacted thickness of "Stone Mastic Asphalt".
Landsdale Road, Landsdale - 062556-15WA-RTR
Road safety concerns for motorists and pedestrians will be mitigated by installation of speed cushions and traffic management improvements.Construction of median islands, road widening, footpaths and installation of associated street lighting and a speed cushion.Total cost of proposed project is $259,000
Sansons Lane (rural road). - 062560-15NSW-RTR
The surface of the existing road is sealed with bitumen and stone. The bitumen binder is deteriorated and is causing loss of stone from the surface and allowing ingress of water into the pavement.Resurface the existing pavement with one layer of bitumen and stone.
Box Ridge Road (rural road). - 062561-15NSW-RTR

Kunlya road - 062565-15SA-RTR
The existing road is unsealed becomes dusty and corrugated in the summer and slippery after rain events. dusty generated by traffic lingers in the town, causing safety and health issues for local road user and local residents.the work will involve reconstructing and sealing of the entire length of Kunlya road. Kunlya road is 250 hundred metres long by 7 metres wide. The work will mitigate the dust problem and improve accessibility to the properties of local residents
Itara street,Umuwa - 062566-15SA-RTR

Illawarra Avenue, Rowville - 062569-15VIC-RTR
The road surface has aged and failed in places and the kerb and channel has failed or settledAsphalt resheet of the road surface and reconstruction of failed areas along with reconstruction of the kerb and channel including minor drainage improvements. Length of Illawarra Avenue is approximately 402 metres with a uniform pavement width of 6.4 metres.
Bynoehaven Road (Katherine - Rural) - 062570-15NT-RTR
Road section is heavily bogged during and after rain. This is a widely used road for tourists that offers accommodation and fishing facilities to them. Many complaints have been received from tourists, local authorities and business. Sealing of first 500 metres will permanently fix this issue.Upgrade from unsealed to sealed standards.
