Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Severe pavement deformation and cracking due to weak subgrade and inadequate pavement depth. Rough surface.Excavate and replace areas of weak subgrade, stabilise existing pavement and provide a new pavement layer overlaying the existing. Bitumen seal and linemark. Also includes better delineation of the Belmore River Right Bank Road intersectionTotal cost of proposed project is $250,000
Crown Street, Eidsvold Queensland - 062730-15QLD-RTR
Narrow pavement and undersized concrete pipe.Install 3.6m x 1.2m two-cell box culverts
Payten Road (rural road) - 062731-15NSW-RTR
The road is narrow and contains large shoulder drop and poor pavement drainage. Payten Road is a bus route and contains a small volume of heavy vehicles.Works will include the pavement widening to allow for a six metre wide seal.
Nichol Road, Mundaring - 062732-15WA-RTR
Road pavement is badly potholed resulting in a lot of pothole patching works and rough surface ride. There are steep crossfall cambers making parking on street difficult.The road pavement will be milled out and replaced to ensure structural integrity of pavement, good rideability and appropriate crossfalls for safer on-street parkingTotal cost of proposed project is $552,489
Melbourne St Narrandera - 062734-15NSW-RTR

poor profile is causing water to pass into adjoining properties. Also dust from vehciles in laneway causing complaints from neighboursprofile the laneway so the water drains to Midgeon St end where it will go into drainage network. Seal the surface
Bortolo Drive, Greenfields - 062738-15WA-RTR
There is currently no road linking Bortolo Drive to Gordon Road. Construction of the link road will reduce traffic volumes through a residential area by providing access to a local distributor road.Construct new road,(currently there is no road) to provide a missing link from Bortolo Drive to Gordon Road, Greenfields.
Austin Avenue Minnamurra - 062740-15NSW-RTR
Existing wearing surface is cracked and potholed, some heavy patching of pavement required.Replace existing wearing surface with 30mm of new asphalt. Undertake deep lift heavy patching of pavement where required
