Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Coodanup Drive, Dudley Park - 062741-15WA-RTR
Traffic management to control traffic and improve safety at the intersection of Coodanup Drive and Newport Drive, Dudley Park due to congestion caused by school traffic.Construct roundabout at the intersection of Coodanup Drive and Newport Drive, Dudley Park.
Roslynmead Torrumbarry Road (Rural Road) - 062744-15VIC-RTR
The road needs to be upgraded to a6.2m wide sealed road as it provides an important north south link in this area. The current seal is 3.7m wide with 1.5m wide gravel shoulders, the existing seal pavement has reached intervention level, it is described as being in very poor condition with serviceability now being affected and increased maintenance costs.Work will be carried out to resurface the existing sealed pavement with a new layer of bitumen and wearing aggregate (stone)(3.7m x 1240m) and widen the road to a 6.2m wide sealed for 2500m
Paintings Bridge Rd, (Rural Road) - 062745-15NSW-RTR
increased amount of heavy vehicles on this road is causing rapid deterioration of gravel road, this justifies upgrade to sealed surfacefor length of 850 metres prepare the road then apply bitumen seal
Brundrett Road, Narre Warren - 062746-15VIC-RTR
The problem is that the unsealed section of Brundrett Road is on a steep grade and becomes unsafe. The unsealed section washes out under heavy rain and becomes corrugated in summer and potholed in winter under the high traffic loads.Construction of the remaining 350 metres of the unsealed section of Brundrett Road including kerb and channel, drainage and sealed pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $650,000
Ernst Wanke Road, Narre Warren - 062747-15VIC-RTR
Ernst Wanke Road is a major local road with high traffic volume. It is currently unsafe and causes congestion when cars stop in the through traffic lane to turn right into the local streets off Ernst Wanke Road.Construct exclusive right turn lanes on Ernst Wanke Road at the intersection of Quarry Road, Diamond Court and Renda Court.Total cost of proposed project is $600,000
Nutbush Avenue, Falcon - 062748-15WA-RTR
The existing surface is corrugated.Reconstruct base, supply and lay AC10 surface course.Total cost of proposed project is $103,754
Parkinson Street, Cooktown - 062765-15QLD-RTR
Scouring, flooding and maintenance issues on existing gravel road with drainage problems at Ida Street intersection.Pavement reconstruction, reform drainage lines/table drains, sealing of gravel road.Total cost of proposed project is $130,000
Ida Street, Cooktown - 062766-15QLD-RTR
Scouring, flooding and maintenance issues on existing gravel road with drainage problems at Power Street intersection.Pavement reconstruction, reform drainage lines/table drains, sealing of gravel road.Total cost of proposed project is $110,000
Nambeelup Road, Nambeelup (Rural Road) - 062768-15WA-RTR
the existing carriageway is to narrow for heavy vehicles that use this road which is a safety concernpropose to widen existing pavement width and reseal to bitumen standard
Craig Street, Mundaring - 062769-15WA-RTR
The road is badly potholed requiring frequent pothole patching and if left pavement will deteriorate quickly making it unsafe to travel on.Milling out of the road pavement and reinstatement with a quality surface pavement. Parking bay areas will be done in a brown asphalt and relinemarked.Total cost of proposed project is $304,445
