Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Brushy Park Road, Wonga Park - 062860-15VIC-RTR
The existing sealed road has deteriorated significantly, with rutting, cracking and potholes evident. Rehabilitation of the road surface is necessary. The roadway is a local collector road and carries significant traffic volumes for the area. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.Rehabilitation of the existing sealed road pavement for a length of 2860 metres from Holloway Road to Homestead Road.Total cost of proposed project is $834,632
Bongalong Road, Hindmarsh Island - 062861-15SA-RTR
This road is a link to rural properties and the current road surface has reached it's end of life. Both the intersection and the 700m length are on the same road.The intersection will be resealed using asphalt and the 700m section will be resealed using two coast spray seal.
Cleland Gully Road, Tooperang - 062862-15SA-RTR
This road is a link to rural properties and rural heavy vehicle route. The current surface has reached the end of its life.The section of road is to be resealed with a 2 coat spray seal.
Winery Road, Finniss - 062863-15SA-RTR
This road is a local link between townships and has reached the end of its life.This road is to be resealed at its intersection with asphalt and with 2 coat spray seal on the other lengths.
Links Road, Darley - 062866-15VIC-RTR
This is a link road within Darley which connects northern Darley to the newly extended Halletts Way. The road has experienced deformation, cracking and potholes. An existing shared path along side Links Road between Cairns Drive and Robertsons Road is sealed but has deteriorated significantly and does not meet minimum width standards.Rehabilitation of the existing road pavement by stabilisation and crushed rock overlay. The wearing surface is a 30mm asphalt overlay. The project also includes rehabilitation of the existing shared path, upgrading it to meet standards and provide a safer asphalt surface.
Thomas Court, Gordon - 062867-15VIC-RTR
The road pavement has signs of deformation, cracking and severe potholes.Reconstruction of the existing pavement with suitable materials and improvements to drainage.
Range Road, Kuitpo - 062868-15SA-RTR
This road is rural link between townships, up in the hills and carries commercial vehicles. This road has reached the end of its life.This section of road will be resealed with a 2 coat spray seal.
Gregory Street, Port Elliot - 062869-15SA-RTR
This road has reached the end of its life and is showing signs of deterioration.This road will be resealed using a 2 coat spray seal.
Gulf View Drive (Ruarl Road) - 062870-15SA-RTR
The current road which is the only access to a series of shack sites along the northern coastline (from Fitzgerald Bay to Point Douglas) experiences significant clay saturation and is regularly impassable during and after inclement weatherCouncil is proposing to resheet portions of Gulf View Drive to a width of 10m (incorporating a 7m trafficable pavement with 1.5m shoulders) along two separate stretches of Gulf View Drive approximately 400m and 500m in length respectively. Materials including bitumen fines and profilings will be carted to site to provide a suitable surface with a view to preparing the site of an eventual two coat seal at a later date. This work will be undertaken in two lifts of 175mm each to maintain pavement structure.
Howitt Avenue Bus Loop, Eastwood - 062871-15VIC-RTR
Failing Seal- Seal is aged oxidising and crackingRehabilitation, Asphalt Regulation, edge repairs and crack sealing will be undertaken as preparation works prior to the commencement of sealing work and reinstatement of line marking
