Depot Hill North Road (Rural Road) - 063019-15WA-RTR
The existing road has a very poor road base and little material on the road to gradeGravel sheet the 4.30 kilometre section including widening or various sections, vegetation control, drainage maintenance and seal 1.00 kilometre section to reduce future ongoing maintenance on the crest of the scheduled works
Burrendah Boulevard - 063020-15WA-RTR
High deterioration of road surface due to cracking.Rehabilitation of existing road surface and resurfacing of road.Total cost of proposed project is $1,238,000
Palmerston Street, Mosman Park - 063021-15WA-RTR
Isolated wheel rutting and significant cracking along all of surface pavement. Pit lids are now protruding as the asphalt surround had subsided and require re-adjustment.Remove 30mm of Asphalt and replace with same. Re-grade and replace the lids of all drainage pits along the length of roadway to suit required levels.
Hope Street, Mosman Park - 063026-15WA-RTR
Asphalt condition has degraded and there is large portions of reflective cracking and loose stones in the asphalt are starting to appear; leading to accelerated wear and safety concerns.Remove 25-30mm of Asphalt surface through profiling, and replace with same. Some hand work will need to occur at intersections to match better into adjoining roads.
Centenary Drive, Mill Park - 063029-15VIC-RTR
Road safety issues at intersection due to high vehicle speeds. The asset has also reached the end of it life and requires remediation.Upgrade of roundabout at intersection to ensure speed are are the required levels to minimise accidents, improve road safety and rehabilitate the existing asset.Total cost of proposed project is $218,357
McCabe Street Access Road, Mosman Park - 063031-15WA-RTR
Significant construction traffic in the area has accelerated the damage and wear of the asphalt. There has been significant cracking, scouring and gouging of asphalt wearing surface which has caused the pavement to come loose in parts. There is also isolated damage to kerb along the roads length. To remove the worn asphalt surface along the full area, and where there is significant wear, either re- box out the full depth of pavement or replace with a thicker asphalt surface to correct the issues. replacement of Kerbing will also occur along the length where required.
Baradine Road - 063032-15NSW-RTR
Final seal over shoulder widening.Final Seal
Stone Street, Mosman Park - 063036-15WA-RTR
Cracking of asphalt over entire area, minor rutting and access issues into properties.Resurface of Stone Street by removing 30mm of asphalt and replacing the same depth with new asphalt. Some minor isolated patching may be required where the base course was not laid properly at the time.
Victoria Street, Mosman Park - 063038-15WA-RTR
Normal problems to be addressed include major cracking of the asphalt surface and wheel rutting along side on street parking bays due to screwing of wheels turning. There is also depressions along side kerb edges where the road has subsided and as such water ponds that requires minor re-grading to nearby drainage pits. The proposal is to remove approximately 25-30 millimeters of asphalt surface, and replace with the same depth of new asphalt of a more durable and suitable specification. Where depressions are located in the existing pavement, additional asphalt will be placed as a 'corrector' course to achieve the required falls across the road.
Victoria Street, Mosman Park - 063039-15WA-RTR
Degraded surface around the intersection which is a roundabout. This is likely caused due to heavy truck movement around the central island which has caused shoving of the asphalt, and thinning the asphalt in parts.Removal of currently worn asphalt surface of 30mm and replacement with new asphalt. New asphalt to be an intersection designed mix to prevent future damage from similar movements.
