Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Kumbia Road, Ellesmere (Rural Road) - 063553-16QLD-RTR
This section of road is sealed for the amount of traffic that its caters. Continued deterioration of current shoulder pavement, high cost to regular maintenance as a consequence of its location to Kingaroy. Low level of service for a school bus route.Excavate shoulder pavement and place 100mm of resheet gravel to agreed cross falls.
Kearneys Road, Kumbia (Rural Road) - 063554-16QLD-RTR
This section of road is sealed for the amount of traffic that its caters. Continued deterioration of current shoulder pavement, high cost to regular maintenance as a consequence of its location to Kingaroy.Excavate shoulder pavement and place 100mm of resheet gravel to agreed cross falls.
Corndale Road, Memerambi (Rural Road) - 063556-16QLD-RTR
This section of road is sealed for the amount of traffic that its caters. Continued deterioration of current shoulder pavement, high cost to regular maintenance as a consequence of its location to Kingaroy. Low level of service for a school bus route.Excavate shoulder pavement and place 100mm of resheet gravel to agreed cross falls.
Franks Road, Blackbutt North (Rural Road) - 063557-16QLD-RTR
This section of unsealed road is narrow for the amount of traffic that it caters. Shoulder continually scoured and deterioration of current pavement. High cost to regular maintenance as a consequence of its location to Nanango.Upgrade the unsealed section to a 6.5m wide seal on a 8m formation with a 2 coat seal.
Browns Road, Newtown - 063558-16VIC-RTR
Safety issues of poor sight distances, requires a short section of road to be reconstructed at the intersection of Strickland Road to improve clear zones.Reconstruct, widen and seal 6.2m wide the approach to the intersection of Strickland Road.
Drayton Street, Nanango (Urban Street) - 063560-16QLD-RTR
Asphalt parking bays on both sides of the road are deteriorating and need to be replacedAsphalt overlay to correct pavement surface to the car parking area.
Hardies Hill Road, Garibaldi (Rural Road) - 063561-16VIC-RTR
Existing narrow sealed road carrying increased traffic volumes, requires additional pavement and width to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed are drainage improvements, pot holes, corrugations and poor surface quality.100mm granular resheet, widen, cement stabilise the gravel pavement and seal at a width of 6.2m wide in accordance with Council's Road Strategy.
Tall Tree Road, Lethbridge - 063563-16VIC-RTR
The Golden Plains Food Production Precinct Concept Plan (2014), presents Tall Tree Road as a critical arterial for the precinct development and part of the 'Priority Transport Network'. It is proposed to continue with sealing and upgrading of Tall Tree Road in increments to complete the 7.4km gravel route.200mm thick granular resheet, widen and seal to 6.2m wide in accordance with Council's Road Strategy.
Vaggs Road, Ross Creek - 063564-16VIC-RTR
Existing narrow sealed road carrying increased traffic volumes, requires additional pavement and width to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed are the road edge shoulder deterioration and pavement failures.200mm deep gravel resheet, widen and seal to 6.2m wide.
Pitfield-Cressy Road, Werneth - 063565-16VIC-RTR
Existing 15 tonne load limited narrow sealed road carrying increase traffic volumes, requires additional pavement and width to improve capacity and safety. Deficiencies being addressed is the removal of the 15 tonne load limit.200mm deep gravel resheet, widen and seal to 6.2m wide.
