Oxford Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 - 048208-12NSW-RTR
The road section is affected with extensive levels of crocodile cracking espeacially close to traffic signal light area. Some areas of the section is also affected with surface texture loss due to excessive bitumen content.Proposed treatment includes rectifying the failed area with heavy patching treatment first. After rectification, the whole section will be treated with rubberised seal and hot mix asphalt. Length is 217m and width is 12.7m.
Woodend-Five Ways Road (Rural Road) - 048210-12NSW-RTR
Pavement failing and beyond repair. No shoulders and road used extensively by grain trucks.Rehabilitate and overlay existing pavement, widen to include a sealed shoulder, widen culverts to suit.
Osborne-Yerong Creek Road (Rural Road) - 048212-12NSW-RTR
Pavement is very rough and very narrow, with a dangerous narrow culvert. Rip and recompact existing road and overlay with new gravel, and seal.
Badger Corner Road, Lady Barron - 048216-12TAS-RTR
Due to increased usage of heavy vehicles and bridge's metal construction failings, the load limit had to be dramatically reduced from 44 tonne to 9 tonne in the recent year. The current timber bridge will require full replacement and the deck span will need a central concrete pillar to be installed to carry the new deck weight.Full replacement of timber bridge with precast concrete construction with a central pillar.Total cost of proposed project is $313,576
Mata Mata Road (Rural Road) - 048237-12NT-RTR

Mata Mata (Rural Road) - 048239-12NT-RTR

Mata Mata (Rural Road) - 048240-12NT-RTR

Wildman Street, Wallaroo - 048246-12SA-RTR
The extension of Wildman Street has been recognised as a required project to better facilitate traffic movements around the Wallaroo central business district. Currently the major traffic movements are from Wildman Street onto Emu Street and through to the intersection with Owen Terrace. As can be observed from the aerial map this path comprises of a number of sharp horizontal curves, creating unsafe intersections and poor traffic flows. The proposed extension of Wildman Street will be built to Australian Standards, comprise of a straight alignment and will remove all unsafe intersections by creating a roundabout at the Wildman Street – Jetty Road intersection. With the proposed commercial development on the southern edge of Owen Terrace, larger vehicle movement will be enhanced by this proposed project, further highlighting the need for this to occur. In addition Emu Street has an extremely poor pavement and would not be suitable for increased traffic movements.Complete construction of a new road to Australian Standards, approximately 400m. This new road is a continuation of the existing Wildman Street through to the Jetty Road intersection, which will include a roundabout construction at this new intersection.Total cost of proposed project is $400,000
Upper Yarrowitch River Road - 048252-12NSW-RTR
Existing corrugated metal culvert damaged and requires urgent replacement.Replacement of culvert with a precast reinforced concrete pipe culvert.Total cost of proposed project is $140,000
Iron Mine Road (Rural Road) - 045987-12NSW-RTR
Problems being adressed is the poor roadside drainage and rutting and shifting of the road surface and the loss of gravel surface which contributes to the poor wearing surface.Works proposed to be undertaken for this project is to seal 1700m of the road, which will complete the missing link between two sealed sections of road. This will involve drainage improvments and importing, spreading, shaping and compacting gravel and applying a bituminous seal to the 1700m of the newly formed road pavement.
