Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Goldfields Road, rural road - 046333-12WA-RTR
Excessive deterioration of unsealed pavement, inadequate base course and exposed sub-base leading to unsafe carriageway, ineffective drainage and severe corrugations.Import gravel and sheet basecourse with 200mm of material, form, water bind and compact to achieve a minimum 8m wide carriageway. Construction of spoon drains to improve drainage.
Baden Road - 046543-12WA-RTR
The existing road has failed and has some drainage erosion problems that require attention.The first stage of this project will require the installation of a Drainage pipeline along Baden Road using rock breaking equipment. The second stage of this project will then require the widening and reconstruction of the existing road.
Neckarbo Road (Rural Road) - 047441-12NSW-RTR
A sandy watercourse is continually deposited sand over the exisiting road formation making it impassable all vehicles for extended periods. Attempts have been made in the past to remove the sand and stop the problem but it continues to reoccur.Drainage work will be undertaken to allow the creek to return to it's natural flow line. Additional re-enforcement of the floodway required to maintain roadway integrity.
Koltmomun Street - 047789-12QLD-RTR
Access to slaughterhouse and Councils dog pound is impassible every wet season for long periods due to scouring and boggy conditions on this unsealed road.Construct a 6m wide bitumen surfaced road and associated drainage
Spring Creek - Rosella Plains Road (Rural Road) - 048245-12QLD-RTR
at this location there is a fairly difficult natural earth gully crossing which has regularly denied access to travellers and locals. also there is a considerable number of cattle being transported be it for agistment or for sale. the denial of access does have a reasonable effect on the local economy mainly "beef". Council has previously constructed similar causeways on the subject road under a capex at Ch22.95 and ch 20.85a reinfoced concrete causeway 60m in length, 6m in width and 1500 in depth with a single layer of reinforced steel including toe walls. the approaches will also be addressed.
Acton Park Road (Acton Park), - 048247-12WA-RTR
Sections of this road have come to the end of its life and requires resurfacing while one section will have the surface material removed and the roadway will be rebuilt. This is as a result of potholes, traffic volume and the age of the surface material.A section of this rural road will have the failed surface material removed and replaced. Other sections of the road will have material added to restore the travelability of the surface.
Mercator Way - 048248-12WA-RTR
The road surface along Mercator Road has come to the end of its life and requires a new surface. This is a result of potholes and the age of the surface.To add new road material to this section of the road to restore the travelability.
Gypsy Street, Eagle Bay - 048250-12WA-RTR
The road surface along Gypsy Street has come to the end of its life and requires a new surface. This is a result of potholes and the age of the surface.New road material will be added to this section of the road to restore its travelability.
Otranto Close, Eagle Bay - 048251-12WA-RTR
The road material surface on this road has come to the end of its life span and requires additional material.The road will be resurfaced to restore the condition and travelability of the road.
Glen Morrison Road (Rural Road). - 048255-12NSW-RTR
Existing timber bridge girder, cross beams, deck planks and southern abutment retaining wall are badly deteriorated and urgently require replacement.Replacement of bridge girder, cross beams, deck planks and southern abutment retaining wall.Total cost of proposed project is $144,500
