Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Wattlecamp Road, Nanango (Rural Road) - 048759-12QLD-RTR
Wattlecamp Road is currently 3.6m wide road making it dangerous for overtaking or passing, that transitions to a two lane sealed pavement at each end. The road is a school bus route and has a high traffic volume. The cross drainage requires upgrading.Shoulder widening - excavte and replace with suitable shoulder material. Provide an 8m formation with 300mm of pavement and 6.5m wide with a 2 coat seal. Upgrade the existing drainage crossing to 900mm diameter culverts.
Stuart Valley Drive, Kingaroy (Rural Road) - 048760-12QLD-RTR
This section of road is narrow and is 3.6m wide road making it dangerous for overtaking or passing, that extends from the existing 6.5m wide section of Stuart Valley Drive. The road is a school bus route with high traffic volume.Widening existing seal to 8m formation with 6.5m width and 2 coat seal.
Franks Road, Blackbutt (Rural Road) - 048761-12QLD-RTR
This section of road is narrow for the amouhnt of traffic that it caters for. The current seal is 3.6m wide from the existing 6.5m wide section through to Old Esk Road Intersection. Making this section of road dangerous for overtaking or passsing. The road is a school bus route with high traffic volume. Drainage on the high side is liminted.Widening the existing seal to 8m formation with 6.5 width and 2 coat seal. Minor extension of cross drainage.
Shaw Road, Woodanilling - 048762-12WA-RTR
This section of road was originally sealed as a newly constructed road using a primer seal.Due to be resealed as there is some stone lose and the time frame used for a primer seal.Council propose to prepare the road reseal by patching any pot holes ,edge breaks and sweeping the surface free of any dust and loose material then reseal.
Haddleton Road - 048767-12WA-RTR
This section of road was originally sealed as a primer seal some years ago. Due to the stone lose and the time frame used for a reseal,it is needed to be resealed.Council propose to prepare the road by patching any pot holes,edge breaks,stone lose areas,sweeping the surface of any dust and loose material the the reseal.
Joondalup Drive - Eddystone Avenue - JOONDALUP - 047798-13WA-BS
Modify traffic control signals and to extend a turning pocket on Joondalup Drive
Urana Road - SLK 0.00 to 1.32 - ARMADALE - 047799-13WA-BS
Install a new 2.5M wide dual-use path and to upgrade existing street lighting
Hepburn Avenue - Kingsley Drive - KINGSLEY - 047800-13WA-BS
Modify traffic control signals and to extend the existing right turn pocket on Hepburn Avenue
Kingsbury Drive - SLK 0.05 to 2.79 - JARRAHDALE - 047801-13WA-BS
Adjust the superelevation of a dangerous curve, remove roadside hazards and install edgelines, guideposts, curve warning signs and delineation
Jarrahdale Road - SLK 1.2 - 4.2 - JARRAHDALE - 047802-13WA-BS
Install audible edgelining and raised reflective pavement markers to existing centreline
