Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Jerrara Road (Rural Road) - 049269-13NSW-RTR
Lack of gravel, surface rutting, poor shape and inadequate drainage.It is proposed to rectify the problems with this section of road by installing additional mitre drains and cleaning the existing drains. The road will then be tyned and re-shaped. Following this new gravel will be imported, spread and compacted. The road will then be trimmed to its final shape.
Ronald Street, Devonport - 049270-13TAS-RTR
Road assets, including pavement and kerb and channel, are close to or at the end of nominated asset life and in poor condition. Non standard stormwater pits require replacement to provide road pavement protection and road users safety improvement.To renew deteriorated areas of Ronald Street to improve road pavement and drainage which including full width of road pavement reconstruction, sections of kerb and channel replacement and stormwater system upgrade.Total cost of proposed project is $209,121
Church Lane, Julia Creek Township. - 049271-13QLD-RTR
Urban drainage and unsealed roads and shoulders causing localised flooding, erosion, ponding, pavement failure and sediment transfer surrounding the Julia Creek Hospital, Seniors Living and Emergency Precinct.To reconstruct, widen and rehabilitate and seal Church LaneTotal cost of proposed project is $364,689
Brayton Road (Rural Road) - 049272-13NSW-RTR
Lack of gravel, surface rutting, poor shape and inadequate drainage.It is proposed to rectify the problems with this section of road by installing additional mitre drains and cleaning the existing drains. The road will then be tyned and re-shaped. Following this new gravel will be imported, spread and compacted. The road will then be trimmed to its final shape.
Towrang Road (Rural Road) - 049273-13NSW-RTR

Yalbraith Road (Rural Road) - 049274-13NSW-RTR
Lack of gravel, surface rutting, poor shape and inadequate drainage.It is proposed to rectify the problems with this section of road by installing additional mitre drains and cleaning the existing drains. The road will then be tyned and re-shaped. Following this new gravel will be imported, spread and compacted. The road will then be trimmed to its final shape.Total cost of proposed project is $22,000
Grabine Road (Rural Road) - 049275-13NSW-RTR
Problems being adressed is the poor roadside drainage and rutting and shifting of the road surface and the loss of gravel surface which contributes to the poor wearing surface.Works proposed to be undertaken for this project is to seal 900m of the road, which will seal a steep grade on this section of road. This will involve drainage improvements as well as importing, spreading, shaping and compacting gravel and applying a bituminous seal to the 900m of the newly formed road pavement.
Lily Street - 049276-13NSW-RTR
The road is affected by numerous pavement failures and various types of cracks.Some kerb and gutter sections have been damaged.The proposed work includes the replacement of road base course with better quality road making material, sealing with spray seal and resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 306 m, Width = 12.2 m, Area = 3735 m2
Yardarino Road ( Rural Road) - 049277-13WA-RTR
The road is very narrow and lacks any sort of shape, the road pavement is worn and in very poor condition. The road becomes very slippery in wet weather and is subject to rutting in the dryer weather.propossed works would include widening to the desired width and reshaping the base before adding gravel pavement to 180 millimetres compacted.
Warradong Springs Road (Rural Road) - 049278-13WA-RTR
Poor shape in road and lack of road pavement materials, road is subject to heavy rutting during the dryer months of the yearRe-shape box out and gravel sheet to a compacted thickness of 150 milimetres
