Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Conlan Street, Queenstown, 7467 - 049451-13TAS-RTR
Suface undermined by poor drainage, road breaking up plus it will not in alignment with newly reconstructed dual footpath and cycleway and curbing.Remove seal and surface and replace a section withing work location consisting of 400m.Total cost of proposed project is $130,547
Burraga Road - 049452-13NSW-RTR
Extensive sections of failed pavement with deformations and shoving.Removal of sections and stabilise with insitu stabilisation with appropriate binder additive, and seal.
Janbeth Road (Rural Road) - 049453-13NSW-RTR
Drainage on the downstream side of Deadhorse Creek which is a bitumen causeway has failed due to lack of scour protection. The bitumen has also been damaged and requires a reseal.Importing of large rock from the Byrock quarry to be installed on the downstream side to prevent further scouring. The 310 metre long 7 metre wide causeway needs a reseal to repair surface.
School Road, Bellbrae - 049454-13VIC-RTR
Narrow road width, limited parking facility and pedestrian safety around school pick up and drop off. Road also has high speed of vehicles.Provide indented parking and improve road safety around school times. Provide additional warning signs and measures to slow vehicles down
Lanihuli Road (Rural Road) - 049455-13NSW-RTR
The existing road passes to close to the residential proerty and is a safety and privacy issue. The property owner has asked for the road to be realigned to avoid these issues.Realignment of 950 metres of road including new formation to a 6 metre wide pavement, no gravel resheeting is required.
Evans Street Anglesea - 049456-13VIC-RTR
Flooding problems within road due to inadequate drainage and affects neighbouring properties.Provide drainge upgrade with road to allevite current flooding problem. Work includes new drainage pits and upgrade pipe system to cater for high water levels during wet weather.Total cost of proposed project is $300,000
Preolenna Road (Rural Road) - 049464-13TAS-RTR
Existing bitumen seal has deteriorated to the extent that it is likely to develop cracks and/or potholes leading to water infiltration into the underlying pavement.Resealing of road with sprayed bituminous seal.
Deep Creek Road (Rural Road) - 049465-13TAS-RTR
