Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Failed, rough and out of shape road due to loss of gravel.Gravel resheet for a length of 1.44 kilometres
Valencia Creek Briagolong Road (Rural Road) - 049613-13VIC-RTR
Significant vehicle movements necessitates the need widen the existing 4.0m road due to constant edge breaking.Rehabilitate and widen to 6.0m, including additional pavement. Widening, shoulder reconstruction and drainage works are required. Bituminous Sealing - 7mm primerseal.
Rosedale Flynns Creek Road, ROSEDALE - 049615-13VIC-RTR
Significant heavy vehicle movements necessitates the need widen the existing 4m road, due to constant edge breaking.Rehabilitate and widen to 6.0m, including additional pavement. Widening, shoulder reconstruction and drainage works are required. Bituminous Sealing - 7mm primerseal.
Blyths Road - Bundalaguah Road (Rural Road) - 049616-13VIC-RTR
Increased vehicle movements necessitates the need to upgrade the sub-standard intersection alignment, change road user priority and widen the existing 4m road.Reconstruct and widen to 6.0m, including additional pavement. Intersection works, widening, shoulder reconstruction and drainage works are required. Bituminous Sealing - 7mm primerseal
Rogers Road (Rural) - 049617-13VIC-RTR
Failed, rough and out of shapesection of road due to loss of gravel.Gravel resheet for a length of 2.79 kilometres.
Toongabbie Cowwarr Road (Rural Road) - 049618-13VIC-RTR
Significant increased traffic & heavy vehicle movements necessitates the need widen the existing 4.5m road. The current width between the headwalls of the existing culverts vary. This is to prepare for the widening of the road (programmed for 2014/2015)Existing pipes & culverts to be cleaned & extended, including headwalls.
Terry Hie Hie (Rural Road) - 049622-13NSW-RTR
Most of the pavement area is affected by rutting, extensive longitudinal shrinkage and severe edge breaks and edge drops.Reconstruction of the road pavement including widening.
Hampton Road - 049624-13NSW-RTR
Road is badly potholed, patched and has lost shape. Correction/total rehabilitation of road pavement including removal of thick timbers shadowing road to allow more sunlight onto pavement and assist user safety.Road will be reconstructed with new road base material and reshaped with appropriate cross-fall. Works will also include the upgrade/install additional drainage culverts. Application of new 2-coat bitumen seal surface. General line marking, sign/guide posts and reflective pavement markers to assist night user safety.
Glen Alice Road - 049625-13NSW-RTR
Existing unsealed road surface, culvert and table drain improvements are required. The existing road surface is of poor state with little to no road base left on the pavement.Fully upgrade 1km of the existing gravel road pavement by reshaping and application of new road base material. Drainage culverts and table drainage improvements. Upgrade road pavement to further extend the bitumen seal links application of new bitumen seal. General Line marking application, signage/guideposts and raised pavement reflectors to aid night time user safety.
Youngs Road Mount Direction - 049628-13TAS-RTR
Reconstruction of a bridge that had a 10 tonne weight limit imposed due to decayed structural timbers.This project will involve the installation of concrete piers, abutments, beams and deck.Total cost of proposed project is $329,489
