Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Hannah Well Road (Rural Road) - 050226-13SA-RTR
Hannah Well Road is a busy transportation and local collector road that has pot holing and pavement degradation to a point where intervention is required.Supply Gravel and resheet 3.5KM X 8 Metre section of road with 150mm compacted gravel.
Beacon-Bencubbin Road (Rural Road) - 050227-13WA-RTR
The existing shoulder area has been damaged by heavy vehicles. Work is to restore the shoulder so that in future years the entire surface is able to be sealed.The shoulder is to be ripped, a small amount of gravel be brought in, compacted and constructed so that the area may be sealed. This will leave the road at 7.2 metres wide.
Bunbury Road (Rural Road) - 050228-13SA-RTR
Bunbury Road is a busy transportation road that has pot holing and pavement degradation to a point where intervention is now required.Supply gravel and resheet 2KM X 8 Metre section of road with 150mm compacted gravel.Total cost of proposed project is $64,617
Williams Road (Rural Road) - 050230-13NSW-RTR
THe existing timber bridge is in very poor condition and cannot be economically maintained to a safe standard to carry the traffic using the road.Replace existing bridge with a new concrete and steel structure.Total cost of proposed project is $300,000
Tunglebung Creek Road (Rural Road) - 050231-13NSW-RTR

North Street, Banana - 050232-13QLD-RTR
Street is still gravel and will be formed for better drainage and upgraded to a bitumen seal..57klm of street will be formed to allow Drainage and all weather access
Heron Road (Rural Road) - 050233-13SA-RTR
Heron Road is a busy transportation and local connector road that has pot holing and pavement degradation to a point whewre intervention is required.Supply gravel and resheet 2.0KM X 8 Metre section of ropad with 150mm compacted gravel.Total cost of proposed project is $57,240
Ellenbrook Road - 050234-13WA-RTR
Narrow and degraded seal. Narrow cleared road corridor. Inadequate provision for drainage.Continue widening of road by re-design to current standards, provide appropriate clearing, apply new road formation width, reconstruct existing pavement and improve drainage.
Dareen Glencoe Road, Eidsvold Queensland - 050235-13QLD-RTR
The existing road surface becomes slippery in wet weather. The road has insufficient cross fall with poor drainage.Gravel sheet the road surface with gravel pavement to a compacted depth of 100mm this will rectify the road crossfall issues, road drainage issues and slippery road surface.
Fisher Road - 050236-13WA-RTR
Narrow and deteriorated seal. Narrow cleared road corridor. Poor drainage and geometry.Re-design to current standards, provide appropriate clearing, apply new formation width and improve drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $733,364
