Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Knox Street- Broken Hill - 050816-13NSW-RTR
Reseal asset to extend pavement and formation lifeReseal asset using 7 - 10mm aggregate with CRS 170 bitumen at approximately 2 - 3% cutter
Reservoir Road, Konongwootong - 050817-13VIC-RTR
Existing road has weakened and requires reconstructionPulverise 100mm depth X 4.0m carriage way width and push the material on the shoulder and compact it to make a hard shoulder to 100mm depth. Stabilise 100mm subgrade with 2.5% cement and adequate water in order to achieve standard compaction, grading and re-profiling of modified pavement. Overlay with 20mm crushed rock with fines to get 200mm thick X 4.0m width. Then chipseal 3.8m wide.
Gregson Avenue, New Town. - 050819-13TAS-RTR
The turning area at the end of Gregson Avenue is unsealed and lacks road surface drainage. This is causing potholes and rutting in the road.Seal the turning area and install surface drainage.Total cost of proposed project is $77,000
Murton Street- Broken Hill - 050820-13NSW-RTR
Reseal asset to extend pavement and formation lifeReseal asset using 7 - 10mm aggregate with CRS 170 bitumen at approximately 2 - 3% cutter
North Lake Road, Warrayure - 050821-13VIC-RTR
Existing pavement has weakened and requires reconstruction.Overlay with 20mm crushed rock with fines - 100mm thick x 7.6m total width; then pulverise and stabilise pavement to 150mm depth x only 4.0m width with 2.5% cement and adequate water, in order to achieve standard compaction, grading and re-profiling of modified pavement.
Willowmead Way, Kelmscott - 050823-13WA-RTR
The existing road, which is 7.0m wide is severely cracked and almost full length has damaged kerb.The proposed treatment is to crack seal, replace all kerbing and re-surface with 30mm stone mastic asphalt.
Park Street, Dimboola - 050824-13VIC-RTR
Unsealed urban street has poor amenity and high maintenance costs.Improve pavement and seal. Improve drainage including renewal of vehicle crossovers.
Indulkana Boulevard, Indulkana Community, APY lands. - 050825-13SA-RTR
Poorly marked intersections, lack of road crossing facilities and signage for school zone, non-compliant speed humps and lack of speed zone signs.Pavement marking, signage and associated works to realign Indulkana Boulevard at RRD0.0, installation of wombat crossing and associated signage and pavement marking at RRD 40, give way signage and linemarking at RRD60, replace defective speed hump with code-compliant concrete or asphalt speed hump at RRD 75, signage and linemarking at RRD100
Kula Street, Indulkana Community, APY lands. - 050826-13SA-RTR
Poorly marked give way protocols at intersections, lack of road crossing facilities and signage for school zone, non-compliant speed humps and lack of speed zone signs.Installation of wombat crossing and associated signage and pavement marking at RRD 45, give way signage and pavement marking at RRD60, replace defective speed hump with code-compliant concrete or asphalt speed hump at RRD 80.
Kupi Street, Indulkana Community, APY lands. - 050827-13SA-RTR
Poorly marked intersections, lack of signage, existance of roadside hazards and 'corner cutting' resulting in vehicles driving on the footpath.Give way and speed zone signage installation and pavement marking and associated intersection work to remove hazards (boulders etc.) and discourage travelling off the road alignment.
