Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Yan Yean Road, Yarrambat - 051048-13VIC-RTR
Sealed pavement rehabilitation required as identified by Council's Pavement Management System. The existing sealed surface is approaching the end of its useful life. requires patching, profiling and asphalt overlay.Remove and patch pavement failures, profile existing sealed surface and lay new Asphalt overlay over existing sealed pavement through the intersection.
Levy Street, Glenbrook - 051049-13NSW-RTR
Road surface deterioration such as pot holing, stripping, cracking and oxidation.Asphaltic concrete seal resealing is to be carried out to restore road surface condition 1976 square metres.
Yan Yean Road, Doreen - 051050-13VIC-RTR
Following pavement stabilisation and rehabilitation works undertaken here previously, it is now necessary to provide an asphalt overlay as a final seal.Instalation of a 40mm asphalt overlay to consolidate previous pavement stabiliation and rehabilitation works.Total cost of proposed project is $56,952
Rusden Road, Blaxland - 051051-13NSW-RTR
Road surface deterioration such as pot holing, stripping, cracking and oxidation.Asphaltic concrete seal resealing is to be carried out to restore road surface condition 5040 square metres.
Peak Hill Railway Road, (rural road) - 051052-13NSW-RTR
Narrow formation width of 6 metres. Narrow bitumen seal of 3.6 metres. Significant pavement failure and edge break.Widen formation to 8 metres. Overlay with new gravel pavement 0.15 metres thick. Provide bitumen seal 7 metres wide.Total cost of proposed project is $218,710
Walleroobie Road (Rural Road) - 051053-13NSW-RTR
Pavement is displaying deterioration with extensive cracking and minor shoving requiring a reseal to prevent further damage and reinstate an impermeable surface.Minor bitumen maintenance such as pothole and edge break repair prior to applying bitumen reseal.Total cost of proposed project is $49,841
Grandchester Road (Rural Road) - 051054-13NSW-RTR
Timber bridge over the Yarragrin Creek has been replaced with a concrete bridge. The approaches to the new bridge need to be reconstructed, they need to be widened and realigned to suit new structure.Reform existing approaches (approximately 50m either side of bridge) to align with bridge, widen and lift approach levels to suit new bridge. Win and cart gravel - spread to form approaches - bitumen seal with 14mm stone.
National Park Road. (Rural Road) - 051055-13NSW-RTR
Timber bridge over the Terrabile Creek, is currently being replaced with a concrete bridge. The approaches to the new bridge need to be reconstructed, they need to be widened and realigned to suit new structure.Reform existing approaches (approximately 400m on the Southern approach and 200m on the Northern approach incorporating East Coonamble Road intersection) to align with bridge, widen and lift approach levels to suit new bridge. Win and cart gravel - spread to form approaches - 2 coat bitumen seal with 10/14 stone.
Railway Street - 051056-13VIC-RTR
The road pavement is deteriorated at few locations indicating signs of failures such as depressions, racks, shoving etc. The aged bitumen spray seal requires renewal.Stabilise the deteriorated section of the pavement with a suitable stabilising agent and spray seal the whole road section.
