Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The Avenue (Rural Road) - 051093-13TAS-RTR
Road pavement is at the end of its life and is breaking up significantly with numerous potholes, forming dangerous sections of loose seal.Stabilisation work with stabiliser - relay surface to meet new pavement depth of 200mm with 3% lime, reseal with 2 coat seal.Total cost of proposed project is $57,480
Hellenic Road, Roleystone - 051094-13WA-RTR
Existing rural road with severe cracking and isolated pavement failure.It is proposed to reconstruct to urban standard with new kerbing on both sides.Total cost of proposed project is $305,184
Dancy Way, Seville Grove - 051095-13WA-RTR
Existing urban road with extensive cracking, damaged kerb and two sections of road and pavement failure.It is proposed to mill out and replace the two failed sections with thick asphalt and install new kerbing to both sides.
Kurrajong Street, West Wyalong - 051096-13NSW-RTR
Road and Gutter deformation.Start 0 Church St. Finish 209.49 metres down Kurrajong St to Monash St. Work to be located full width of Kurrajong Street @ 0 Church St Intersection & finishing 209.49 metres to Monash St intersection.Total cost of proposed project is $297,875
Wyuna road (rural road) - 051097-13NSW-RTR
The surface of Wyuna Road is unsealed and becomes slippery during rainfall. Also, ruts frequently form in the surface due to inadequate depth of road base.Overlay, the existing surface of Wyuna Road with 100mm compacted road base.
Mount Margaret Road (Rural Road). - 051099-13QLD-RTR
Oxidation of seal. Edges breaking away (losing width of road).Reseal of existing bitumen surface.
Broughton Road, Charters Towers - 051100-13QLD-RTR
The existing seal has deteriorated due to wear and tear.It is proposed to reseal the 2.5km stretch between Aberdeen Creek crossing and the junction with Picnic Creek Road at the existing width of 6m.
Depot Road, Charters Towers - 051101-13QLD-RTR
The exisiting seal has deteriorated due to wear, tear and heavy vehicle use.It is proposed to reseal the section between the Flinders Highway and Clara Road in asphalt.
Alford Road, Charters Towers - 051102-13QLD-RTR
The existing seal has deteriorated due to wear and tear.It is proposed to seal the 1.25km section from Broughton Road to the existing width of 6m.
Picnic Creek Road, Charters Towers - 051103-13QLD-RTR
The existing seal has deteriorated due to wear and tear.It is propsed to reseal the 850m section from Woodchopper Road to the existing width of 6m.
