Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

McAllister Road, Monbulk - 051357-13VIC-RTR
The existing sealed road has deteriorated. Improvement to the road is necessary. The road services abutting urban residential properties and services the neighbouring semi rural area. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.Resurface the road with an asphalt wearing surface for 1,660 metres from Moores Road to Old Emerald Road to provide improved wearing surface and life
Manchester Road, Mooroolbark - 051358-13VIC-RTR
The existing sealed road has deteriorated significantly, with rutting, cracking and potholes evident. Rehabilitation of the road surface is necessary. The roadway is a local collector road and carries significant traffic volumes for the area. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.Resurface the road with an asphalt wearing surface for 1,700 metres from Bellara Drive to Maroondah Highway to provide improved wearing surface and life.Total cost of proposed project is $315,617
Cahill Road, East Kalgoorlie - 051401-13WA-RTR
The road is in poor condition and needs to reconstructed. It is also too narrow for the school traffic (Busses and cars) and need to be widened.Reconstruct, widen and seal.
Huxley Drive - 051402-13NSW-RTR
The road section has been affected by cracking and loss of shape along kerb and gutters. The existing surface is old and brittle. Some potholes have been developed. The road has been patched in the past to rectify pavement failures.The proposed treatment includes repair of pavement failures by patching with asphalt and resurfacing of the road section with asphalt. Length = 308 m; Width = 10.2 m; Area = 3142 m2Total cost of proposed project is $89,178
Saratoga Drive - 051403-13SA-RTR
The Pavement and Seal have deteriorated and reached its end of useful life and requires a full reconstruction. Saratoga Drive services a large residential area and is one of only two entrances to the area. It also has a high priority ranking as it is located next to a major school.Full Reconstruction of Pavement & Seal including full Kerb & Gutter Replacement. Upgrading of both underground drainage and lighting in the street.Total cost of proposed project is $758,760
Lovely Banks Road, Lovely Banks - 051404-13TAS-RTR
The lack of gravel on the trafficable surface of the road is causing difficult driving conditions.As part of the Councils annual gravel re-sheeting program, it is proposed to add a new layer of gravel and re-grade road back to acceptable standards. The distance of the re-sheeting is 7.35 kilometres. There is an average road width of 5.50 metres and placement of 75 mm of compacted gravel.
Whitfords Avenue, , Kallaroo - 051405-13WA-RTR
Existing guardrail and barriers no longer suitable for vehicle collision protection. Corrosion treatment and spall/cracking repairs required.Replacement of existing guardrail and barriers, corrosion treatment and painting and spall/cracking repairs as identified in Level 1 Inspections 2013Total cost of proposed project is $46,733
Trans Access Road (Rual Road) - 051407-13WA-RTR
The eastern end of th etRans Access Road is a flat grade track with no gravel sheeting which becomes untrafficable after any significant rain.Extend formed road, including table drains and cut off drains, and gravel sheet to Main Road Western Australia Type 3 standard road.
Azamor Street, South Boulder - 051408-13WA-RTR
Existing road is serverly cracked and deformed and generally reached the end of its usefull life.Reconstruct road pavement and seal.
Treelands Drive, Yamba - 051409-13NSW-RTR
The road surface is rough, has deformed and is cracked over the road section length.The proposed work involves the removal of the failed pavement sections and replacement with base grade gravel. The remaining sections will be ripped and the whole pavement section reshaped and then sealed. The length of the work is 150 metres long and 12 metres wide.Total cost of proposed project is $167,704
