Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Airport Lane - (Rural Road) - 102176-19SA-RTR
Badly pot-holed road that is unable to be maintained by routine patrol grading. Poor vehicle rideability causing a safety concern for road users.Resheeting of 2200 metres of unsealed road

Biddy Camm Road (Rural Road) measured from the start point Newdegate North Road - 102099-19WA-RTR
This section of the Road includes a large floodway and poor line of site for all vehicles. The entire section is situated in a floodway with a lack of drainage. The Floodway will be upgraded, and drainage to the sides of the road addressed. Delineation and signage graded and replaced where required. Remove and control vegetation to improve line of site where required.Reconstruct and lengthen the Floodway improving suitable for heavy and light vehicles. Lengthen the floodway to allow the correct drainage runoff. Removal of some vegetation, cut new drains, backslopes and off shoots to the side of the road. Gravel sheeting install all signage to meet Main Roads specifications.
Biddy Camm Road (Rural Road) - 102141-19WA-RTR
This section of Biddy Camm Road is very narrow in sections and includes a curve in the road that the formation is currently unsafe and not clear as to what is Biddy Camm Road and what is an access to a private property. The floodway to be upgraded, drainage to the sides of the road, signage, lack of drainage culverts, sections requiring gravel resheeting.Reconstruct the section of the road to make the curve suitable, safe and clear to all motorists especially heavy vehicles. Removal of vegetation, Gravel sheeting, cut new drains, back slopes and off shoot drains off the side of the road, install and repair culverts and headwalls where required, lengthen the floodway to allow the correct drainage runoff, install signage to meet Main Roads Specifications.
Biddy Camm Road (Rural Road) - 102143-19WA-RTR
This section of the Road includes a large floodway with tight curve, a crest and poor line of site for all vehicles, lack of drainage due to culverts broken and others are blocked. The Floodway will be upgraded, and drainage to the sides of the road addressed. Delineation and signage graded and replaced where required. Remove and control vegetation to improve line of site where required.Reconstruct and lengthen the Floodway improving the curve and line to the crest of the hill making this more suitable for heavy and light vehicles. Lengthen the floodway to allow the correct drainage runoff. Removal of some vegetation, cut new drains, backslopes and off shoots to the side of the road. install, repair culverts and headwalls where required. Gravel sheeting install all signage to meet Main Roads specifications.
Duckworth Road (Rural Road) - 102144-19WA-RTR
Duckworth Road is very narrow especially for Heavy Vehicles and requires upgrading and widening including the drainage and culverts. The culverts are a safety concern due to their width causing a number of sections where the road has to narrow down to accommodate the culverts being a danger for Heavy Vehicles. Additional issues are a number of culverts require replacing through the floodway and drainage addressed.Gravel resheet Duckworth road, cut new drains, back slopes and install off shoot drains. Install and repair culverts and headwalls where required, reconstruct the floodway to allow the correct drainage runoff, install all signage to meet Main Roads specifications.
Bromley Road (Rural Road) - 102167-19NSW-RTR
This 2490m length of gravel road is included in Griffith City Council’s Heavy Vehicle Bypass Strategy and is a crucial link in the development of an alternative bypass for heavy vehicle traffic to the south of Griffith. Stage 6a - Bromley Rd is an integral component of a larger project of Griffith City Council's Heavy Vehicle Bypass that will link Stage 5b (Thorne Rd) & 6b (Brown/MR80 Kidman Way) to the north, and will be constructed to a suitable standard to accommodate heavy vehicle trafficConstruct & Seal 2490m of Bromley Road to a suitable standard to accommodate heavy vehicle traffic, as part of the construction of Stage 5b, 6a & 6b construction processTotal cost of proposed project is $8,920,135
Lime Lake East Road (Rural Road) - 102216-19WA-RTR
The road surface has deteriorated causing corrugations and wheel rutting and the road surface is in a dangerous state. Also this is a heavy haulage, farm implements and school bus route.Clear, widen and gravel sheet to a width of 8 metres. Clean out culverts and install guide posts.
Badgarning Road (Rural Road) - 102217-19WA-RTR
The road surface has deteriorated causing large holes and wheel rutting and the road surface is in a dangerous state. Also this is a heavy haulage route and access for farm implements.Clear, widen and reconstruct road to a width of 10 metres. Clean out culverts and install guide posts.
Dugays Bridge Road, Dugays Bridge (rural road) - 102031-19VIC-RTR
Deep pot holes and corrugations coming of the bridge seal near residential property.Re-sheet with a 150mm layer of gravel.
