Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Rainbow Road, Charters Towers - 053727-14QLD-RTR
Water runoff in the substructure has irreparably damaged the pavement. Heavy traffic exacerbates the damage. Also traffic flow is impeded by the existing layout.To remove the existing seal, stabilise the pavement, realign the junction and seal with asphalt.
Sailors Bay Rd, Northbridge - 131865-25NSW-RTR
Existing pavement has deteriorated. Cracks have developed along the road pavement with the surface stone stripping, requiring resurfacing. Surface area of 93 x 12.7 m to be removed and replaced with 70mm AC14 asphalt. Approximately 300 sqm heavy patching.
Badgally Road, Campbelltown - 131866-25NSW-RTR
The road is heavily affected by significant levels of crocodile cracking & rutting.The proposed treatment includes in-situ cement stabilisation followed by hot mix asphalt with interlayer seal. The total area of proposed treatment is 4039 m2, Length is 622 m, Width is 6.5 m.
Blaxland Road, Campbelltown - 131867-25NSW-RTR
The road is affected by moderate crocodile cracking & rutting.The suggested treatment involves initially addressing the asphalt fatigue area with a heavy patching treatment, followed by applying hot mix asphalt with an interlayer seal to the entire section. Length 153 m and width 13.8 m, area 2110 m2.
Briar Road, Airds - 131868-25NSW-RTR
The road is affected by crocodile cracking & ravelling.The suggested treatment involves initially addressing the asphalt fatigue area with a heavy patching treatment, followed by applying hot mix asphalt with an interlayer seal to the entire section. Length 103 m and width 12 m, area 1230 m2.
Orange Creek Road (Rural Road) - 131881-25QLD-RTR
Pavement failure which has been exacerbated by flooding and heavy vehicle use, which presents a risk the school bus services who utilise the road.Pavement rehabilitation of approximately 2,820 metres. The other source of funding is TIDS and Banana Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $1,976,801
Shepherdsons Road (Rural Road) - 131883-25QLD-RTR
Upgrading this road to accommodate larger vehicles and increased vehicle loads, to align with the other segments of the Biloela Heavy Vehicle Bypass.Pavement strengthening and widening of approximately 2,000 m. The other funding source is Banana Shire Council.Total cost of proposed project is $1,800,000
Euratha Road (Rural Road) - 131884-25NSW-RTR
Unsealed gravel road wearing due to heavy vehicle traffic. New bitumen 2-coat seal 6 m wide to the remaining 7.23 km of Euratha Road. The remainder of the funds are from the NSW Government - Regional Emergency Road Repair Fund.
Ferguson Street, Miling - 131915-25WA-RTR
Cracked ageing bitumen surface. Reseal the section of road.
Richardson Street, Miling - 131916-25WA-RTR
Cracked ageing bitumen surface. Reseal the section of road.
