Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Yoting Road (rural road) - 097503-18WA-RTR
The floodway at this location is not trafficable due to pavement area eroded from storm water damage.Install culverts, Cement Stabilise Pavement area and install rock protection. Seal to width of 7.0 meters.
Talmoi Road (Rural Road) - 052519-14NSW-RTR
This section of road is suffering from bad pavement failures, cracking and drainage issues. A full reconstruction is to be undertaken.Existing pavement is to be rehabilatated and stabilized to an 8m formation width. Then a 150mm base layer of selected road base material and a 7m seal. Drainage work is to be carried out in conjunction with the above work.
Oallen Ford Road (Rural Road) - 097484-18NSW-RTR
Road is too narrow to allow the safe passing of heavy vehiclesRoad widening and selected rehabilitation of deformed areas. Drainage improvements to allow the free draining of table drains. Rectification of dangerous bend in the road, construct a more gradual curve.Total cost of proposed project is $404,607
Mountain Ash Road (Rural Road) - 097489-18NSW-RTR
Sealed road badly deformed creating traffic hazards for vehicles. Road is too narrow to allow the safe passing of heavy vehiclesRoad widening and selected pavement rehabilitation in affected areas. Drainage improvements to allow the free drainage of water away from the roadTotal cost of proposed project is $477,879
Currawang Road (Rural Road) - 097487-18NSW-RTR
Road is too narrow to allow the safe passing of traffic and heavy vehicles. Pavement currently deformed causing dangerous conditionsRoad widening and selected pavement rehabilitation. Table drain improvements to allow the free draining of water away from the roadTotal cost of proposed project is $153,357
Lockyer Siding Road, Lockyer - 097519-18QLD-RTR
Current gravel pavement condition has reached its useful life and requires a resheet in order to protect and extend asset life.Resheet existing road with 100 millimetres new gravel.Total cost of proposed project is $150,000
Ambleside Street, Wheeler Heights - 097521-18NSW-RTR
Road pavement is distressed with cracks, potholes and patches due to increased traffic condition.Repair the pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
King Road (Rural Road) - 097536-18QLD-RTR
The existing single lane bridge is in poor conditionReplacement of bridge and refurbishment of the approachesTotal cost of proposed project is $265,000
Boathaven Drive, Second Valley - 097538-18SA-RTR
Scouring of road and lack of stormwater protection to low side properties on this unsealed road with no drainage or kerb infrastructurethe installation of underground drainage, kerbing and road sealing
Norton Way, Carnarvon - 097533-18WA-RTR
Seal age of 10 years. Resealing required due to aggregate stripping causing potholing.Reseal with 7mm aggregate and sprayed bitumen seal.
