Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Warbreccan Road (Rural Road) - 131660-24QLD-RTR
The condition of the existing floodway at this location is deteriorating to the point where it needs to be replaced in order for the current level of service to be maintained.Reconstruction of the existing concrete & bitumen floodway to current standards.
Robinson West Road (Rural Road) - 131518-24WA-RTR
The sealed pavement has lost shape due to heavy traffic loading. The seal surfacing is ageing and requires renewal.Reconstruct the two lane sealed pavement and surfacing including cement stabilisation of various areas of the sealed pavement. The project is partially funded by the Shire's regional road group grant and partially funded from Council's municipal funds.Total cost of proposed project is $591,837
River Road (Rural Road) - 131566-24QLD-RTR
This section of road requires resealing as per Council's rural road asset management plan.It is proposed to reseal a 4.18 km section on the River Road.
Inkerman St - 053707-14VIC-RTR
Inkerman Street is an Urban Link road (115 metres long by 11 metres wide between kerbs) at the intersection with Clarendon Street an Urban Collector road (104 metres long by 11 metres wide between kerbs) where the existing pavement is at the end of it life and is required to be reconstructed and resurfaced.The existing pavement at the intersection and approaches is to be reconstructed in two sections: intersection in full depth 235 mm depth asphalt pavement (113 m long by 11m wide) and approaches in 420 mm depth flexible pavement (106 m long by 11 m wide) both areas resurfaced with a 40mm depth heavy duty asphalt between the existing kerbs to provide a level safe surface in the urban environment.Total cost of proposed project is $317,509
Eulo-Toompine Road, (Rural Road) - 131652-24QLD-RTR
Single lane bitumen road is dangerous on tight curves and over hills. Tourists use road often and many near misses.Remove existing shoulder material, cart in suitable gravel to widen pavement, seal to a two lane 7 m seal around curves and over crests.
Eulo-Toompine Road, (Rural Road) - 131653-24QLD-RTR
Narrow road culverts need to be extended so road can be made into a two lane sealed road. Existing culverts are old and need replacement.Build side track around existing sites so replacement culverts can be installed to 9.6 m width.
Eulo-Toompine Road, (Rural Road) - 131654-24QLD-RTR
Existing seal losing stone cover and texture.Reseal existing sealed area with a 10 mm stone.
George Lane Oaky Creek - 131655-24QLD-RTR
Existing seal has reached end of design life.Reseal works and minor pavement rehabilitation.
Back Creek Road, Palen Creek - 131656-24QLD-RTR
Existing seal has reached end of design life.Reseal works and minor pavement rehabilitation.
Kargorum Road, Beaudesert - 131657-24QLD-RTR
Existing seal has reached end of design life.Reseal works and minor pavement rehabilitation.
