Long Point Rd, (Rural Road) - 131645-24NSW-RTR
Erosion of the topsoil. Degraded road pavement causes safety issues for motorists. Road needs grading and gravel re-sheeting.Grading of road pavement, re-sheeting required.
Auberge Close, Raymond Terrace - 131677-24NSW-RTR
The asphalt seal is old and oxidised and beginning to deterorate, requiring treatment to ensure longevity.Apply an asphalt rejuvenating seal to protect the asphalt, seal any cracks and ensure the full life of the asphalt can be achieved. Additional budget required is from Councils own funds.Total cost of proposed project is $37,470
County Close, Medowie - 131678-24NSW-RTR
Asphalt seal is oxidising and allowing cracks to form which is causing pavement failures to form.Apply an asphalt rejuvenation seal to seal this section of road to stop moisture ingress and reduce pavement failures. Additional budget required is from Councils own funds.Total cost of proposed project is $23,674
Northview Court, Medowie - 131679-24NSW-RTR
The asphalt seal is deteriorating and oxidising, allowing cracks to form and moisture to enter the pavement, causing multiple pavement failures.Apply an asphalt rejuvenation seal to the existing surface to seal the pores and cracks in the seal to reduce moisture ingress and further seal breakdown through oxidisation. Additional budget required is from Councils own funds.Total cost of proposed project is $45,875
Hopkins Falls Road (Rural Road) - 131727-24VIC-RTR
The road pavement and surface has significantly deteriorated. There is substantial rutting and potholing along the road length.The road will be fully rehabilitated, including the additional of pavement material, widening and then a final seal. Council are providing the additional funding through it's road rehabilitation programTotal cost of proposed project is $800,000
Sunnyvale Road, Kew - 131730-24NSW-RTR
Sealing the unsealed road reduces dust, controls erosion, improves durability, and lowers long-term maintenance costs. Occasional stabilisation patching, apply 10mm thick S45R seal to the existing pavement surface.
Yuendumu - Nyirripi Road, (Rural Road) - 131745-24NT-RTR
The exiting road surface is below the ground level and severely degraded which gets corrugated and damaged frequently. The existing drainage system is not functioning well. This results lower level of service to community. Also, it goes under water during the rainy season making it impassable and isolating Nyirripi community. Based on these factors, this road needs to be raised and gravel sheeted and the drainage needs to be upgraded.It is proposed to lift the road providing subgrade, sub-base and to provide gravel base. Also, it is proposed to upgrade the drainage system. This project is planned to be delivered partnering with funding applying under Safer local road infrastructure program (SLRIP). Together with the funding allocation under Roads to Recovery for 26/27 FY which is $759,609, the total budget is $3.7 million. This arrangement will avoid separate mobilisation costs, improving value for money and delivering greater benefit to the community. Once approved, this work schedule will be submitted with SLRIP application.Total cost of proposed project is $3,713,980
Kinjurra Road, Ali Curung - 131746-24NT-RTR
The existing sealed road has severe surface cracks, edge breaks, potholes. Most of the road sections are heavily worn down and become unsafe during the rainy season. Therefore, this results lower level of service to community and there is a higher risk of rapid deterioration of base and subgrade due to water penetration. Given the circumstances, it's proposed to improve the internal roads in Ali Curung community by resealing.It is proposed to upgrade the roads by undertaking base reconstruction where required, carrying out surface preparation, and resealing with aggregate and polymer-modified binder. The project is planned to be delivered in partnership with the Safer Local Roads Infrastructure Program. A total of $270,000 from the Roads to Recovery funding allocation will be committed, alongside the applied funding from the Safer Local Roads Infrastructure Program, bringing the total project value to $1.35 million. This collaborative approach ensures best value for money and delivers significant benefits to the community.Total cost of proposed project is $1,350,000
Hollows Circuit, Tarneit - 131747-24VIC-RTR
• The road pavement has exceeded its design life and begun to show signs of failure, that are beyond the scope of preventive maintenance. • The existing kerb and channel has been subjected to environmental movement and is holding water in a number of locations. • Investigations have also highlighted locations of failed sections of underground drainage that requires reconstruction and remediation. • Reconstruction of the road pavement • Reconstruction of the kerb and channel on both sides of the road • Reconstruction of vehicle crossings • Reconstruction footpaths • Reconstruction of on street parking bays • Reconstruction of nature strips • Various methods of drainage remediation The balance of the funding for this project is being sourced form Council Cash, from the 2025/26 Road Reconstruction Program, which has been incorporated into Council’s Annual Plan and Budget for 2025/26 as approved and adopted by Council on 24th June 2025.
Crown Court, Tarneit - 131748-24VIC-RTR
• The road pavement has exceeded its design life and begun to show signs of failure, that are beyond the scope of preventive maintenance. • The existing kerb and channel has been subjected to environmental movement and is holding water in a number of locations. • Investigations have also highlighted locations of failed sections of underground drainage that requires reconstruction and remediation.• Reconstruction of the road pavement • Reconstruction of the kerb and channel on both sides of the road • Reconstruction of vehicle crossings • Reconstruction footpaths • Reconstruction Parking bays • Reconstruction of nature strips • Various methods of drainage remediation The balance of the funding for this project is being sourced form Council Cash, from the 2025/26 Road Reconstruction Program, which has been incorporated into Council’s Annual Plan and Budget for 2025/26 as approved and adopted by Council on 24th June 2025.Total cost of proposed project is $484,459
