Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Bockaring Road (Rural Road) - 132056-25WA-RTR
The existing seal is 3.8 m wide and the gravel shoulders are deteriorating due to heavy haulage vehicles and farm equipment using the road, Clearing, widening and reconstruction of the road shoulders and sealing to a width of 7 m. Cleaning out of culverts and installation of new guide posts.
Morrison Plain Road, Cowangie - 132070-25VIC-RTR
Gravel Road has reached end of useful life and is breaking up. Gravel Re-sheet in accordance with Asset Maintenance Strategy.
Nangeenan North Rd - 132104-25WA-RTR
The road corrugates badly because of the large vehicle movements mainly during the harvest period, an intersecting road (Hodges) needs to be realigned to Nangeenan to straighten up the existing intersection and bring it more square on.The work proposed is to gravel sheet the road, realign Hodges Rd so we have a safer intersection and then use a stabiliser product to help control dust and compaction issues.
Hodges Rd, (Rural Road) - 132106-25WA-RTR
The road has a very narrow strip of bitumen with a double intersection from McGlyn Rd and is a very tight curve that runs onto a gravel road.The work proposed is to reconstruct the curve and widen it to 8metres before two coat sealing which will include sealing the two intersecting legs from McGlyn Rd.
Wards Hill Road, Empire Bay - 132286-25NSW-RTR
Potholing, crocodile cracking, roughness and pavement disintegration. Pavement Upgrade - Insitu Stabilisation and asphalt.
Dog Trap Road, Ourimbah - 132288-25NSW-RTR
Potholing, crocodile cracking, roughness and pavement disintegration. Pavement Upgrade - Insitu Stabilisation and asphalt.
Sydney Avenue, Umina Beach - 132290-25NSW-RTR
Potholing, crocodile cracking, roughness and pavement disintegration. Pavement Upgrade - Insitu Stabilisation and asphalt.
Old Texas Road, (rural road) - 131465-24NSW-RTR
Sections of road pavement have come to end of useful life and are displaying significant defects. Heavy patching stabilisation of pavement and resealing of defect.
Copeton Dam Road, (Rural Road) - 131467-24NSW-RTR
Sections of road pavement have come to end of useful life and are displaying significant defects. Heavy patching stabilisation of pavement and resealing of defect.
Weld Road (rural road) - 131542-24WA-RTR
Gravel road - widening from 5.8 m to 9.6 m, flattening of the bend at SLK 12.42, Improve drainage batters/swales and install W-beams on bends to improve safety. The road is quite narrow in places with sharp bends resulting in vehicle conflicts.It is proposed to gravel resheet the road, widen from 6 m to 8 m, construct swale drains along alignment, install culverts at SLK 12.4, install W beams from SLK 12.35 to 12.45.
