Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Arrow Court, Echuca - 057479-15VIC-RTR
Rehabilitation of the existing pavement as it has reached intervention level, it is described as being in very poor condition with serviceability now being affected and increased maintenance costs.Work will be carried out to resurface the pavement with a new layer of bitumen and wearing aggregate (stone) (115m x 4m)
Dobie Road, Toolleen - 057480-15VIC-RTR
Components of the bridge have been listed as failed or are failing under the adopted service level, being a missing timber pile, north east wing wall to be made sound and the timber wing wall panel to be replaced. The bridge crosses a natural water course and has a total span of 16.8m in length by 5.2m width.To reinstate the bridge components, replace the missing pile to prolong the life of the structure. Install delineation markers to enable clear sightlines to road users for all weather conditions.
Burnewang Road, Rochester - 057481-15VIC-RTR
Concerns were raised during investigations of the flood events to infrastructure and inspections indicate that the guard fence does not meet Australian Standards.Guardrails need to be renewed at two culvert sites as the guardrails are not up to current standards.
Knofel Drive (Vivonne Bay) - 057482-15SA-RTR
This access road to the township of Vivonne Bay was highlighted in Council's asset management plan as having extensive potholes, little to n o wearing surface with rocks protruding, clay patches, very poor drainage and corrugations.Widen where appropriate and reinstate the sheeted road with improved drainage. This work will enable safer passage for locals and tourists. Resheet a total of 994 metres of road at 6 metres wide.
Bayview Road (Vivonne Bay) - 057484-15SA-RTR
This road in the small township of Vivonne Bay was highlighted in Council's asset management plan as having extensive potholes, little to no wearing surface, clay patches and very poor drainage.Widen where appropriate, resheet and improve drainage. Resheet a total of 2324 metres of road at 6 metres wide.
Crabb Road (Vivonne Bay) - 057485-15SA-RTR
This road in the township of Vivonne Bay was highlighted in Councils Asset Management Plan as having extensive potholes, little to no wearing surface, clay patches and very poor drainage.Widen where appropriate, resheet and improve drainage. Resheet a total of 563 metres at 6 metres wide.
Sunset Way - 057486-15SA-RTR
This road that services the small township of Vivonne Bay was highlighted in Council's Asset Management Plan as having extensive potholes, little to no wearing surface, clay patches and very poor drainage.Widen where appropriate, resheet and improve drainage. Resheet a total of 901 metres at 6 metres wide
Pyke Street, Bundalong - 057491-15VIC-RTR
Ageing seal is cracking which allows moisure to enter the road pavement, works required to prevent major deterioration.Resurface existing seal with a bituminous binder and aggregate.
Henry Roberts Road (UR15) Rural Road - 057493-15NSW-RTR
The three causeways are continously silted and road needs to closed after rain event.Provide scour protection, reshape the causeways and stabilise the pavement
Woonwooring Road, Cunderdin - 057494-15WA-RTR
Widen road to cater for larger vehicular traffic and school bus.Clear verges, widen formation, reseal existing surface and seal to 6 metres.
