Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Dido Street, Kiama - 134853-25NSW-RTR
Pavement failure. 40 mm re-sheeting.
Merino Grassdale Rd, Merino - 134938-25VIC-RTR
Road surface has deteriorated. Microseal to increase life of asset.
Youngs Road, Yarrambat - 135065-25VIC-RTR
This project is for the asphalt sealing of Youngs Road, Yarrambat from Yan Yean Road to Eisemans Road providing a minimum 5.5 m wide carriageway.
Fairlands Road, Medowie - 135090-25NSW-RTR
Fairlands Road is a local road with semi rural acreage. The road is narrow with multiple failures and drainage issues. The full length of Fairlands Road is to be widened and the road pavement improved and strengthened, piped stormwater crossings replaced and tabledrains reshaped.
Tarean Road, Karuah - 135093-25NSW-RTR
The road pavement has multiple failures along this section of road and is in need of rehabilitation.
Italia Road, East Seaham - 135094-25NSW-RTR
This section of road has multiples pavement failures, narrow and poor alignment. Works proposed include widening and reconstructing the road pavement.
Blackbutt Crows Nest Road, Blackbutt - 135102-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and reseal of 480m of Blackbutt Crows Nest Road. The current surface condition of this section of road is very poor and poses a safety risk to road users. The proposed works include dig out, patching, hot seal, and linemarking.
Bond Street, Moffatdale - 135105-25QLD-RTR
Reseal of Bond Street, Moffatdale. The current road surface is fatigued and at risk of further damage. To preserve the asset, patching and hot sealing will be required.
Cameron Road, Taromeo - 135106-25QLD-RTR
Rehabilitation and reseal of 830m of Cameron Road. The road is a safety issue because of potholing and uneven surfaces, so requires repair so it doesn't become worse. Works to be undertaken will include dig out, emulsion sealing, patching, hot sealing, and linemarking where required.
Quarry Road, Dural ( Between Harris Rd and Dons Rd) - 135109-25NSW-RTR
Lack of pedestrian crossing - to install raised pedestrian crossing and pathways. Hornsby Shire will fund the remaining contribution through general funds.
