Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Military Road, Mosman - 135223-25NSW-RTR
Asphalt road surface and concrete base requires renewal. Multiple cases of pothole formation and "shoving" is common. Military Road is a busy and important route for the local community and businesses. Mill and re-sheet road segment and lay new asphalt surface (50 mm AC14). Some sections of road require renewal of the concrete base as it is causing reflective cracking and pothole development on the asphalt surface.
Kerinauia Dr (Ranku Road) - Cape Fourcroy/Wurrumiyana (Rural Road) - 135174-25NT-RTR
Major road repair on Ranku Road section of approximately 240 metres which continues to wash away every wet season due to the water flow. Rectification works include raising the road levels, excavation of soft subgrade, importing of 100 mm rock from Darwin and freight, including fines for compaction, GEO Fabric and culverts 1 of X 4lm x 4lm concrete. Includes wet hire of 9 tonne loader, 14 tonne Excavator, Skid steer, Tipper Truck. Roller and Water Truck.
Halstead Street, Montello - 135209-25TAS-RTR
Seal has expired and has failed in places. Sections of pavement have also failed. Repair pavement and replace the seal.
Saleni Drive, Marlo - 135224-25VIC-RTR
The current condition of section of the road is poor. Rehabilitation, Asphalt regulation, edge repairs and crack sealing work to be undertaken.
Bills Street, Lakes Entrance - 135233-25VIC-RTR
Kerb and channel replacement, rehabilitation, asphalt regulation, edge repairs and crack sealing.
Moorbys Lane (Rural Road) - 135237-25NSW-RTR
Existing unsealed gravel road pavement has deteriorated due to age and increased traffic volumes. The road will be reshaped, side drains cleared and then re-sheeted with new gravel to a depth of 100 mm.
Woolsley/Ruskin Street Laneway, Orbost - 135243-25VIC-RTR
Asphalt overlay, reinstatement of line marking.
Macleod Street, Bairnsdale - 135240-25VIC-RTR
Rehabilitation, asphalt regulation, edge repairs and crack sealing.
Woodland Street, Wodonga, Victoria - 054142-14VIC-RTR
Road pavement shows significant areas of failure, including shoving, cracking and potholing. Kerb and channel has displaced and holds water in some places. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road safety associated with potholed and shoved pavement.Road reconstruction, including removal and replacement to 300mm depth of 5100 sqm of existing failed pavement, subgrade replacement as required, removal and replacement of approximately 420 m of kerb and channel, remove and replace associated concrete driveway and footpath pavement to match new kerb where required. Reconnect house drain connections and reset storm water inlet pits to match new kerb. Install new storm water drains and inlet pits. Prepare and place initial 7mm stone seal and 40mm hotmix final seal. Repaint line marking.Total cost of proposed project is $425,000

Rehabilitation of failed road wearing course, regulation and stabilising.
