Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The road has surface cracking and pot holing along complete length of Street.Asphalt seal to a thickness of 35 millimetres.
Rivers Road (Rural Road) - 056836-15NSW-RTR
Narrow sealed road width with significant edge break and shoulder drop off. Traffic and safety issues arising from heavy vehicles utilising road.Widen the road to a 7m seal, by strengthening and sealing shoulder to improve traffic safety.
Lalla Road (Rural Road) - 056837-15TAS-RTR
Road is too narrow for volume of traffic. Widening the road will satisfy Council Standards, improving safety and to accommodate heavy vehicles and busesWiden seal to 6.0 metre dual lane surface, 7.0 metre overall pavement width and line marking. LCC project 23441Total cost of proposed project is $200,000
Morongla Road (rural road) - 056838-15NSW-RTR
Inadequate formation width together with poor structural strength of existing pavement base. Traffic and safety issues arising from B double transport utilising road.Widen formation, widen and reshape pavement after placing, incorporating and compacting an additional 150mm of road base and seal 7.1m wide.
Colane Road (Rural Road) - 056839-15NSW-RTR
Existing poor quality gravel pavement is allowing water infiltration and deformation of pavement shape.Reform a 6km total length of existing pavement and resheet with a 100mm depth of good quality crushed rock.
Harris Road, Port Pirie - 056841-15SA-RTR
Road is unsealed and council have recieved a large number of complaints regarding dust. Surface run off is also an issueConstruct suitable crossfall to resolve surface run off and seal road.
Jersey Street, Daglish, WA - 056842-15WA-RTR
Wearing surface failure reflecting in the form of reflection cracking resulting from the ageing of the bitumen and fatigue failure.Profiling the pavement by 20-25mm and resurfacing it with Dense Graded Asphalt. Total length of Pavement - 310 metres, Width of Pavement - 7.0 metres(average), Area- 2170 m2( average)Total cost of proposed project is $145,950
Southern Ocean Road, Darkanuttup - 056843-15WA-RTR
The road has deteriorated over time and also due to increased traffic volumes. Requires pavement renewal, also sufferes from flooding from lack of drainage.The road formation height to be increased, the pavement surface to be re-sheeted and drainage to be constructed.Total cost of proposed project is $456,835
