Moore Street - 102235-19NSW-RTR
Deteriorated Road SurfaceMill and re-sheet 50mm of asphalt road surface
Stockwell Road (Rural Road) - 102079-19WA-RTR
Gravel depths on this road have diminished.Reshaping of road and drainage, gravel resheet to replenish the wearing surfaceTotal cost of proposed project is $350,000
Aerodrome Road, Caboolture - 101821-19QLD-RTR
The project will improve efficiency at the traffic signals at this intersection. . Existing deficiencies on the road network include high levels of congestion associated with closely spaced intersections and accesses. High traffic volumes make it difficult for vehicles to exit Lear Jet Drive to Aerodrome The proposals intend to improve traffic flow through the area and improve safety for all users. The project involves the upgrade of the T-intersection at Lear Jet Drive with traffic signal control including pedestrian crossings. Intersection capacity will be improved by providing separate right-turn lanes and a dedicated left-slip lane from Aerodrome Road into Lear Jet Drive. The project also includes pathway renewal and widening, on-road bicycle lanes, raised medians, relocation of public utility services and some drainage works. The upgrade project includes improvements to the road pavement which will include resurfacing from 60m north of Bribie Island Road through to the intersection of Piper Street. Road rehabilitation 112m north from Piper Street and road reconstruction. the project will improve efficiency at the traffic signals at this intersection. The improvements are intended to improve safety and efficiency in this industrial area. The expected outcome of the project is to signalise the intersection to better regulate the movement of vehicles and to provide enhanced facilities for pedestrians and cyclists. The proposals intend to improve traffic flow through the area and improve safety for all users.Total cost of proposed project is $1,642,437
McKail Street, Albany - 102113-19WA-RTR
Seal is at the end of life with some isolated pavement failures and kerbing in poor condition.Isolated sections of reconstruction, asphalt overlay, replace sections of kerbing and minor drainage works.Total cost of proposed project is $180,000
Stead Road, Albany - 102140-19WA-RTR
Poor condition seal and kerbing, reseal required to protect pavement damage.Replace existing kerbing and drainage, asphalt overlay.Total cost of proposed project is $130,000
Lyndoch Road (Rural Road) - 102215-19SA-RTR
The upgrade of Lyndoch road will provide a safer and more convenient link for freight and tourism to the Southern Barossa region. Currently other routes are used which are far more congested and convoluted meaning increased travel times and road safety issues. The road is currently an unsealed rubble road with a 6 metre carriageway width and 0.5 metre unsealed shoulder in both directions. The work proposed is to increase the total road formation width to 9.6 metres, with a 3.3 metre sealed carriageway lane, 1 metre sealed shoulder and 0.5 metre unsealed shoulder in both directions. Road pavements will be strengthened to accommodate heavy vehicles and a two coat spray seal. The Henschke road T section will be realigned and drainage structure under the road will be widened where required. Additionally, two culverts will require an extension on one end.Total cost of proposed project is $1,650,000
Mettler Road (Rural Road) - 102142-19WA-RTR
The seal is at the end of its useful life.Prepare and reseal existing surfaceTotal cost of proposed project is $110,000
Springs Road (Mount Barker) - 102218-19SA-RTR
Springs Road is an important link in the regional road network and is a Principal Community Access route and Local Tourist route. The road is too narrow, requires realignment and does not have sealed shoulders. The road serves as a public transport route with bus stops along it's length. The sealed shoulder will provide the safe operation of the road by providing greater sealed width for vehicles and cyclists due to the roads substandard and inconsistent geometry. There are a number of significant trees and native vegetation within the clear zone that require treatment as part of the project.Stage 3 (600m) of Springs Road involves the re-construction, widening and sealing of the shoulder (3.3m for traffic lanes and 1.5m sealed shoulder). Additionally, it will involve the installation of a guard fence including 5 box-beam sites to provide protection within the clear zone of significant trees and also fill embankments.Total cost of proposed project is $1,160,000
Salvado Road (Wembley) - 102234-19WA-RTR
Old cracked asphalt sealProfile off old surface and reseal with asphalt. Length 510 metres. Width 10 metres.Total cost of proposed project is $181,426
Walsh Road, Warrnambool - 102214-19VIC-RTR
Road is showing signs of major pavement failure including pavement cracking and uneven pavement due to significant heavy vehicle usage.Removal of the existing road surface, and replacing with a foam bitumen stabilisated crushed rock pavement and asphalt surface.Total cost of proposed project is $453,106
