Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Arramagong Road (Rural Road) - 108651-20NSW-RTR
Arramagong Road consists of a 5.5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement has lost gravel nearly to the full depth exposing the sub base in many locations. It reduces safety to traffic especially to HML vehicles.It is intended to re-sheet the pavement with 100 mm thick compacted gravel. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, adding gravel, shaping, compacting and trimming.
Bald Hill Road (Rural Road) - 108653-20NSW-RTR
Bald Hills Road consists of a 5.5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement has lost gravel nearly to the full depth exposing the sub base in many locations. It reduces safety to traffic especially to HML vehicles.It is intended to re-sheet the pavement with 100 mm thick compacted gravel. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, adding gravel, shaping, compacting and trimming.
Mt Moffat Road (Rural Road) - 108413-20QLD-RTR
The pavement on this section of the Mt Moffat Road is in poor condition with only a limited service life remaining.It is proposed to undertake pavement rehabilitation and widening on 4.72km section of the Mt Moffat RoadTotal cost of proposed project is $1,396,062
Adelargo Road (Rural Road) - 108650-20NSW-RTR
Adelargo Road consists of a 5.5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement has lost gravel nearly to the full depth exposing the sub base in many locations. It reduces safety to traffic especially to HML vehicles.It is intended to re-sheet the pavement with 100 mm thick compacted gravel. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, adding gravel, shaping, compacting and trimming.
Adelargo Road (Rural Road) - 108660-20NSW-RTR
Adelargo Road consists of a 5.5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement material requires grading due to corrugations and rutting. It reduces safety to traffic especially to HML vehicles.It is intended to maintenance grade the pavement to its useful life. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, shaping, compacting and trimming.
Barkers Road (Rural Road) - 108657-20NSW-RTR
Barkers Road consists of a 5.5m wide gravel pavement. The pavement has lost gravel nearly to the full depth exposing the sub base in many locations. It reduces safety to traffic especially to HML vehiclesIt is intended to re-sheet the pavement with 100 mm thick compacted gravel. This project will include grading the table drains, scarifying the existing pavement, adding gravel, shaping, compacting and trimming.
Munros Road (rural road) - 108715-20NSW-RTR
Final seal on previous year's road constructionFinal seal on previous year's road construction. Additional pavement thickness, widening and sealing will reduce maintenance requirements and improve safety.
Carnells Road (rural road) - 108723-20NSW-RTR
Culvert regularly washes away in heavy rainfall.Construction of a new concrete causeway to reduce maintenance requirements.
Guthridge Parade, Sale - 108727-20VIC-RTR
Existing road lacks adequate drainage infrastructure and sufficient on-street parking for vehicles utilising the adjacent community facilities. Due to poor drainage the road pavement requires a high frequency of maintenance.Works to include the widening of the existing pavement to accommodate on-street parking, installation of kerb and channel and stormwater infrastructure. Line marking and an asphalt seal will also be installed to the limit of works.Total cost of proposed project is $798,952
Alexander Ave, North Willoughby - 108728-20NSW-RTR
Existing pavement has deteriorated. Cracks have developed along the road pavement with the surface stone stripping requiring resurfacing. Sections of Kerb & Gutter also require renewal due to extensive cracking.Surface area of 420 x 7.3m to be removed and replaced with 50mm AC14 asphalt. Some heavy patching and approximately 800m of Kerb and Gutter to be replaced.
