Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Ingles Road, Devon North - 108742-20VIC-RTR
Existing timber bridge at end of useful life.Works to include the construction of a new single lane bridge with concrete deck.
Billings Road (rural road) - 108735-20NSW-RTR
Gravel wearing course has deteriorated and requires renewal.Place 100mm DGS20 crushed rock, shape, compact and trim.
Turners Well Road (Rural Road) Karoonda - 108767-20SA-RTR
Base material has worn down on the existing surface and requires re-sheeting. Currently the road is too narrow with water run-off pooling on road verges.Re-sheet 11km of road from the intersection with Perponda Road and heading north easterly and finishing at the intersection with Goondooloo Road. 6m wide x 100mm thick. Construct appropriate storm-water drainage on road verge to allow for water run off.Total cost of proposed project is $332,573
Gribble Bore Road, (rural road) - 108614-20SA-RTR
Base material has worn down on existing surface and needs re-sheeting.Re-sheet 9km of road from intersection with Lowan Road heading westerly and finishing at the intersection of Morrell Road. (m wide x 150mm thick. Construct appropriate stormwater drainage on road verge to allow for water run-off.Total cost of proposed project is $327,188
Heinrich Road, MOOROOK, - 108736-20SA-RTR
Rubble road is nearing end of life with no rubble leftPavement increased to 200mm thickness. The road is to be crowned to deal with drainage issues.Total cost of proposed project is $53,865
McMahons Reef Road ( Rural) - 108765-20NSW-RTR
Localised pavement defects that prevent scheduled resealing activity from occuring to safe guard pavement.Addition of dry chemical and minor addtional pavement materials, incorporate, compact, trim and seal defects areas.Total cost of proposed project is $312,000
Martin Street, Mount Barker - 108720-20WA-RTR
Gravel street in townsite subject to slippery conditions after rain.Reconstruct base and seal.
Sturdee Road (Rural Road) - 108722-20WA-RTR
Heavy Haulage Route has caused significant wear on gravel edges and requires upgrade for to withstand heavy haulage vehicle use.Edges repaired and stabilised then Sealed.
Bloxidge Road (Rural Road) - 108724-20WA-RTR
Edges of road have deteriorated and gravel surface poor in sections.Stabilise edges and skip re-sheeting of gravel surface.
Steelton Road, Saddleworth - 108633-20SA-RTR
The road surface is in poor condition and worn through to the sub grade in sections. The road is a commodity route, heavily used by larger vehiclesThe road will have vegetation trimmed, be reformed and resheetedTotal cost of proposed project is $121,353
